I can honestly believe that Trump has no clue who Cum Hunter is, but he's saying he has no idea who Milo is? That sounds pretty fishy, or maybe he really is going senile.

Not really, because Trump's association is pretty loose with Fuentes. And given how quickly he is to disassociate with Fuentes, there wouldn't be any major connections unlike Kanye who is much closer to him

He’s a salesman. It’s how he’s made his fortune. Whatever else he is, he was good at the ol’ elevator pitch. The problem is that a huge portion of the electorate is blindingly stupid and will happily buy the tripe he sold. Anyone with half a brain saw right through him, on both sides of the political aisle.
