People are just realizing a few basic truths about Twitter.
The big one is that almost nobody uses it as their primary social network. I don’t really give a shit about advertising to a bunch of bots and trolls.
The second one is that the people who do use it are almost uniformly violent communists or politically active schizophrenics, both of whom are already captive audiences for their respective sides.
It's almost worthless for anything except glowops due to its niche appeal to the mentally ill.

Here's why I think the globohomo is panicking and rushing to denounce, debank, and deplatform Kanye: he has over 30 million followers. If he can convince a significant fraction of them that they shouldn't keep their money in a bank because what happened to Kanye could happen to them, he could cause a cascade collapse of the global financial system. Based on what I'm seeing on twitter, roughly ~70% of them are sticking with him after Alex Jones and a surprising number of them are even going full 1488 (even though they're mostly black, lol). I am pretty sure that most banks still operate on the razor's edge of solvency to maximize their profits because they haven't learned a fucking thing from 2008. I would love to see him cause the mother of all bank runs.
Also, a staffer clearly wrote Biden's tweet - it's waaaaay too coherent.

He's banning the Russian orthodox church, which has been a patsy of the Russian state for decades. The church in Kiev has been petitioning for its own patriarchate for years, in order to escape the clutches of the Russian church. This wouldn't be much different from banning islam in a western country (something that should have been done a long, long time ago).
