i noticed something last night while i was watching someone play God of War on normal difficulty. for all of phils screaming and pissing about "NORMAL DIFFICULTY IS HOW THE GAME WAS DESIGNED TO BE EXPERIENCED"

that's apparently not true. I've been playing God of War on the highest difficulty possible, and while I have complaints, I noticed during the Heimdall boss fight from the streamer I watched, Heimdall wasn't behaving how he did for me. I'm not sure if it's the same on Give Me No Mercy or just on Give Me God of War, but Heimdall definitely had different attack patterns when I fought him compared to when that streamer on normal difficulty fought him. I'm not sure how many bosses this is true for, but there are at least 2 attacks Heimdall was throwing at me pretty regularly that he didn't use at all on the normal difficulty that I saw.

so phil is missing out on content and experiences the game has to offer due to a skill issue. rip.
Like, it's just flat out not true that Normal is what game devs balance the game for. Or design. Doom is notoriously designed around harder difficulties. If not necessarily the holy trilogy, everything afterwards certainly was. Including DOOM II. But knowing id, they also designed the first game around Hard and then took away stuff.

Like so, so many games you hear devs say "Our real balance is in Hard". But really I just wanted to stress that Phil is not only wrong. He's been wrong for 30 years.

Mega Man 2 was designed around Hard. "Normal" was just localizers making the game less bullshit. And Mega Man 2 isn't even hard. So, that's almost 40 years he's been wrong about this.

Max played God Of War on max difficulty, and this game on hard. Phil's just looking for opportunities to throw shit at people and come off as the bigger man.

What's this obsessions with "size of e penis"? Is this just him coping with being remember as "the guy who is bad at videogames, and jacked off"?

Phil cycle of things is to be snide/toxic towards others, get called out for it, feign ignorance and cry victim.

Edit: also I have heard the game is broken technically and gameplay wise...with mechanics not working the way they should. So it's not just an isolated incident.
The game is not what alot of people thought. A survival horror with a focus on melee combat.

The game has a shitty optimization for pc.

In the past Philburt has refused to even change around controls or aim sensitivity because whatever the default controls are set at, that's how the developers intended it!

It's because he likes being lazy, and he likes being whiny, and he hates having to make decisions. Plowing ahead with normal difficulty and default controls then complaining about it afterwards satisfies all of those criteria.

Much as I hate to play devils advocate for Phil, that's more of a failure on game designers. If your game is built around hard mode, call that mode normal, or at least do what COD MW2 did, and stick a little notice on hard that says 'intended difficulty'.

I kind of get why they don't do the first one, which is because then faggots will cry that they're being mocked for playing 'easy' mode which is shockingly wrong. I would agree with them, but I've never met anyone who seriously says 'you play on easy mode? faggot'. And even if you do, you can take solace in knowing at least you've had contact with a woman at least once since leaving the womb (or...whatever equivalent for those that like cock, fuck off, I like that line.)

I want to play how the devs intend, at least for my first run. If that's hard, I want hard. If that's normal, slap me on normal. I don't care, but I want to see what the devs want me to see. The fact that most devs are too cucked to just make the game the difficulty they want is their fault, not mine.

if enemies DID lose attack patterns from easy to normal, that'd be the best way to tell, but I've honestly never heard of a game ever doing that. the only games I've seen that actually add attack patterns on higher difficulties are Devil May Cry and apparently God of War Ragnorak.
I know Mega Man X6 gives bosses more attacks on the hardest difficulty but that game is bullshit no matter what.

He is so mad about the playing on easy shit wow
Big ups @Poems_Future for clipping this.
No one has ever "meme'd" that he always played on easy. And of course you're not the worst gamer ever on the planet dude. 3 year old Billy is probably shitty too.

You just suck at games and are highly unlikeable, dude. People think you're playing on easy because you cheese the fuck outta it by overleveling and doing everything in your power to make it actually easy, just like Elden Ring. In fact, it's worse because this game has 50 npcs in the background telling you how to complete the puzzle bosses.

And yeah that whole Max shit talk and having playin on hard to do an epeenis thing. Whatever dude, DONT SAY I'M PLAYIN ON EASY FUCKFACE feels like it contradicts itself in a way.

In normal DSP fashion, he refuses to even try to be entertaining. Seeing the person you're watching lose their shit to a difficult boss and then adapt to the challenge presented is what it's all about, who the fuck wants to see someone literally sleep their way through anything?
I know Dave has struggled with low numbers during GoW and it honestly is so in-line with Dave himself to just keep nagging his audience about it and then do nothing to try to salvage the issue.

So, Phil playing on easy or really any boring difficulty isn't so much a meme as fucking everyone telling him that no one wants to watch somebody fucking glide through a game. Especially, because he's always constantly fucking bitching that he has no engagement and no discovery. Like some people you can get to watch that, but you better have a hell of a strong personality. And let's be real. That's not what Phil has. And frankly he keeps missing that he really is just an attraction. People like watching his salt. Shit, I love watching him get fucking face rolled. For me it's the hubris of "Top overall gamers in the country" doesn't know how to crouch jump. TIHYDP being popular and being his legacy shows this. But that damn hubris. That just fucked him. He can't be the butt of a joke. He can't fail. And now he can't even scoop up more retards to fund him. Because no one fucking cares. Because he made himself such a fucking pillow fort, that Street Fighter isn't even fun to watch. Although I am very excited about SF6. Should be a fun week back before he gets too hurt and stops playing that.

That is the best selling point of Pigroach! People only come to his streams and montages, is to actually see him malding over easy mode and failed to get the basic stuff correctly. TIHYDP is the real good shit that cut some of the best salty montages of the hog, and then make other people laugh.
Otherwise, Phil is just a boring as fuck streamer who e-begs for his paypigs for way too long that he barely wants to remember which to which last time he begged, and of course his overuse of easy mode on any game, because he is a loser. With the coming of SF6, I’d love to see him ragequitting and malding harder to the point he immediately quit and make petty excuses and beg for more cash.
Anything that Phil makes, it is just lame, feels like shit, unwatchable and torturing to watch and subscribe with. He will never change anything, even the slightest of all things, he doesn’t give ten fucks about changing it.

I don't remember anybody posting screenshots from his DSP Tries It horror show that went down a week ago.

You're welcome.

It was hard to capture with screengrabs but his Crispy Chicken was like a mayonnaise grenade.
It was constantly dripping throughout the video and falling onto his paper plate. In the end it didn't stop him from eating the whole thing, and then he went back and ate the rest of the Quarter Poundeer and half the Big Mac.

Agreed. I play most games on Normal, and it's totally fine, but DSP acts like he has to defend that choice which just makes people want to mock him more.

It's a weird ego thing for him. All his talk about other people's e-penises about playing at hard difficulties is just pure projection, The Guy is still so buck broken about TIHYDPs that he feels like he has to prove his gaming e-penis by playing normal to glide through the games easily (he still fails lmao) and reading guides every step of the way. The unhinged rant on the Copecast about peepol "slandering" him by saying that he's bad at games proves it.

Looking at these pics, and knowing what he is like, really drills in the fact that DSP is a waste of life.
