Anyone who wasn't a brainlet could see him spazzing out in public coming a mile away, it doesn't take much to see a young naive idiot who previously got drunk on (minimal) power having a tardout the moment the mainstream attention they so crave comes around.
I would be surprised if he *only* throws sodas at people before his current mainstream attention fades out.

I wouldn’t be too thrilled if a burger was thrown at me either, the problem is that Nick is legitimately going to get his ass handed to him by doing shit like this. You can see in his face for a split second the regret and fear, he literally doused a whole section of what appears to be minority diners with his drink, people who more than likely had nothing to do with the flying burger incident. It was well within the realm of possibility for one of them to get up and beat the ever living fuck out of him. He got away lucky.
Regardless, if you’re going to be in the public spotlight you have to react to these situations with dignity and grace. That gives the appearance of you being the better man, especially if you profess Catholicism. King Charles got pelted with eggs a few weeks back, the man just calmly laughed it off, no prick tossing food at you is worth the shit storm you’ll bring down upon yourself by acting like a petulant child throwing a tantrum.

Calling it a "food fight" is probably the least embarrassing way to frame what happened. That's why Nick himself called it that. TMZ could have easily made their title something like "Chased out of restaurant after ASSAULTING customers in epic meltdown"
Not only was he in public without security or a mask, he didn't even bother changing out of his AF outfit. Did he also have a "kick me" sticker on his back?
