How might Niki have made Pigman sign a prenup?
Ftfy. Rick's an eternally unemployed, daughter abandoning BUM who currently owes Quasi (a legitimate victim of Fat's frivolous filings) $38,304.48. Even if a prenuptial was signed, the only two things Thiki's will be splitting with Rick is responsibility for her wife's debt and her legs for flatulent African gentlemen.

"I am preparing to get an EVEN BETTER family now. You'll see (from prison)!"
I like how his cognitive decline has reached the point he seems now just to threaten every person who replies to his insanely stupid takes with threats of prison.

Any non-rascal encountering this kind of schizoid behavior must wonder what is wrong with this extremely fat and stupid man.

The power thing was clearly done to trick fatrick into making dumb posts on twitter.

Calling it now.
It's working

Fat Pat always writes his tweet threads as if he has insider knowledge just like his Telsa carbon credits thread. The first tweets I saw about this was from Alejandra Caraballo (who has deleted his tweet) and whoever the fuck this guy is

Several of the other usual suspects tweeted the same lies, but most referred back to the tweet from Embry.

I'd call Pat a wannabe journalist, but with the way all these journoscum report these days, he's managed to imitate them perfectly, unlike his attempts at being a writer, car guy, non-porcine human, etc. All he needs now is a paycheck from NBC.

I don't think 1.2 GPA Fat is smart enough to get Nikki to sign a pre-nup.

However, I'm sure Nikki got Fat to sign a pre-nup saying if he ever owes attorneys fees from a failed lawsuit, she's not culpable for the debt.
Prenups aren't binding on creditors in a community property state like Wisconsin, at least as regards debts incurred during the marriage. They never signed that agreement. You can't contract away the rights of third parties. If a judgment debtor collected on Darling Nikki, she'd have to sue Pat for indemnification to enforce the agreement. Quasi would still be able to collect on any marital assets (and obviously should have counsel experienced in this because I could be wrong).

Here's what a Wisconsin divorce lawyer says:
A prenuptial agreement is a contract between two parties to a marriage. It does not affect a creditor’s rights as they are not parties to the contract. A prenup will not prevent one spouse from being garnished or sued for the other party’s debts, however, a prenup may require that the liable spouse must indemnify or reimburse the non-liable spouse.

And here's a relevant statute describing the form of a prenuptial regarding waiving community property (i.e. retaining separate debts):
IN GENERAL, THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT BINDING ON CREDITORS UNLESS THE CREDITOR IS FURNISHED A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT BEFORE CREDIT IS EXTENDED. IN ADDITION, THIRD PARTIES OTHER THAN CREDITORS MIGHT NOT BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS THEY HAVE ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
Wis. Stat. § 766.587(7)

So unless a creditor is put on notice in advance that they're only extending credit to one spouse and that the other is not responsible for it, and they choose to extend credit anyway, they aren't bound by such an agreement. Quasi obviously wasn't put on notice of this before Pat decided to commit frivolous litigation against him and become a judgment debtor, not that this would matter.

Again, I'll note I haven't researched this specifically for judgment debts, but it would be bizarre if a creditor would have to specifically agree to be bound by such an agreement when someone who never even voluntarily ended up owed money and never agreed to anything wouldn't.

Sort of on topic, is there anyone here who understands the UK and USA school grading systems to give a rough estimate of what a 1.2 gpa would be in UK terms?

UK used to be 8-10 exams sat at age 15-16.
Getting an A or A* in all exams is literally the best.
A good “pass” overall is minimum of 5 A-C grades including maths, English and science.
That would get one into most decent 6th form or colleges to sit A levels.

A-C in English maths and science is pretty much the bare minimum to do anything further, as combinations of higher grades in other subjects and lower grades would just basically “qualify” one to do a course which was the equivalent of 5 A-C.
I know I am out of date! But this was the norm for about 20 years to my knowledge.
If anyone more up to date can translate the current numbers system to A-G and GPA, that would be great!
Thanks
