Vox has been catering to an infamously toxic type of viewer since pretty much debut and he's finally beginning to realize it's backfiring and his big ol' softie 'can't we all just get along and be nice to each other' attitude just isn't gonna cut it any more.

The Argentinian peso (ARS) is the cheapest currency in circulation for super chatting, hence why many mainlander Chinese people (Taiwanese and Hong Kongers use their own currency) change their donation currency to ARS to get a cheaper red super chat (1,000 ARS, which is only ~6 USD as of 5 Dec 22), while others use their own currency.
