TBF, he is a DSP fan. There is no way he can conceptualize any solutions to this problem.

For open world, I'm guessing sonar is out. TLOU chirping "troon at 12 o'clock" doesn't mean anything if it's miles away. I'm thinking maybe a peripheral for a tactile representation of the mini-map. Maybe a grid of buttons. Points of interest make a button in the corresponding area rise up. Then, when SBM feels and presses the button, it would say 'quest location' or 'danger. enemy base'.

Im sure there is a solution, and im sure smart people in the game industry could figure it out if they cared to. I would just be fucking annoyed if im a game dev and my company brought in a fat blind consultant for woke points and all the fat retard could say was "uhhh blind people cant see so its like playing the the tv turnd off duhhh sooo uhhh just like make all the stuff on the TV into sounds"

said game would never come out
the company would spend hundreds each day on new hardware because "I'm pressing buttons, and nothing is coming out"
and after billions of dollars, all they come out with is "push button and win" and phil would still fail that
