The Game Awards 2022 - Prepare to cringe

With all the doomposting and the like in this thread, ill just say this as advice, fuck anyone that tries to police you on what games you should like or not, what was your personal GOTY. For me it was either Mario + Rabbids 2, Triangle Strategy, or TMNT Shredder's Revenge.
Freedom Planet 2, if for no other reason than i can't think of another release from this year i really enjoyed. TMNT was an okay beat em up but nothing really all that special. I didn't play Elden Rings because the consensus i got when it came out was people were starting to get burnt out on Souls games.

I think Elden Ring is about the only game I've played this year that was "new". Faith was pretty good though, especially for how low-tech it is.

"man we cant do without dickriding Elden Ring but God of War already bought all the awards, shit what are we going to do, alright just give GoW everything else and let Elden have GotY"

Elden Ring was talked about for months after release in cultural conversation, I have not seen anything about GoW, it was dumped and the wider population hardly seemed to care. They would have loved to give GoTY to GoW, but it would have been too obvious even for brain-dead normies that it was rigged at that point.

It's nice to know their BS at least has some kind of limit.

What the fuck! Who was that guy, why does Miyazaki have a Jew on his team, and why is there an Orthodox Rabbi named Bill Clinton?

Edit: Turns out the guy was not with Miyazaki's team, just some guy that walked up with them, but that doesn't answer my first and third questions.
