Speaking just for myself, I find comfort in being armed with knowledge. We're all one very bad day away from being Luna, really. Your brain is fragile, it's hopeless at repairing itself, and your body can betray you in countless ways. For me, it's comforting to know what a worst case outcome actually looks like. Seeing all the ways that Luna, an innocent baby who did nothing to anyone, has been exploited really makes me think about what my wishes would be in the case of a catastrophic injury to my brain. It's also interesting to me from a professional standpoint to seethe manifestations of brain injury, although since Robyn has never been specific about EEG or MRI findings, this is less of a motivating factor for me
Also, Glenn and Robyn are fun to laugh at because they make it so clear that doing so gets under their skin. It's funny to watch two people suffer the consequences of their actions. Luna isn't aware or capable of suffering, and I'm certainly not laughing at her.
Atlas is really looking like a little boy rather than a toddler in those recent videos. He's gotten so cute. Remember in the early days of this thread when people were sperging out about him, worried that maybe Luna really did have something genetic and Atlas had inherited it too? Glad to see that that isn't the case. He's adorable and seems very sweet. The videos of him and Glenn "working out" are cute, and I will say that his diet and level of activity are much healthier than those of the other lolcalves in this pasture. It's good to see an offspring of a Beauty Parlor cow being encouraged to value physical exercise. It's a low, low bar, I know.
