Even with those considerations, though, the comparison actually favors it being Liquid. Noses are the same. Facial shape and rotundity are the same. Eye and hair color are the same. Looks to be the perfect age (32/33). Fake voice is the same, too.

I'm not saying this about anyone I'm quoting here specifically, but Farmers/people in this corner of the internet tend to be bad at facial recognition/understanding how faces change with age and weight, which is perhaps unsurprising given our high incidence of autism (see also: the Dream face reveal).

I can verify that doctors are just as into autistic shit as everyone else.
I know shrinks who are crazier than the patients they take.

Liquid coming back for a giggle seems perfectly possible and might even be a way for him to relieve some stress.
However, if he keeps at it to a repetitive/frequent point, then it might indicate he's going insane (wouldn't be the first doctor to go mad, specially in fields like neurology).

Well I did a little research. I remember what the original Liquid's brother's channel name was. I looked at a picture of Liquid's brother, then compared with the video of Liquid on TikTok. It's SimplySpoons aka the other Duckworth twin. The voice he uses is the same too. I figured it couldn't have been a good impression. Because it's not. It's actually one of the original actors of the Liquid Chris persona.

There is zero chance that it's SimplySpoons aka the other Duckworth twin, Jon. He literally just got married earlier this year to somebody that isn't Kacey and he quit his youtuber career. If he wanted internet clout he would just ask for a collab from one of his youtube friends. Dr Chris Duckworth on the other hand is stuck being a Mcflurry slave and estranged from his family because he thought Kacey was good wife material.

Also Jon is obviously in better shape than his brother, and he never did the Liquid Chris voice. The Liquid Chris persona was played by Chris Duckworth, Jon's involvement was limited to the music and being the cameraman.

The people that propose the theory that it might be the twin (SmokeyMcC) don't know shit about Liquid Chris lore. Jon was always the less retarded twin, don't drag him into this.
