They gave her the chance for a soft landing. It's her own actions and those of her crusaders which led to the whole sordid story being unearthed.

Given that she's now openly expressed her contempt for corporations, I'm sure all the strong, independent, progressive wymyns who are fawning over her will offer her a job any day now. With such powerful connections to progressive games industry people, she'll never have to endure working for "the man" again.

I think I own that exact same tie. That dude looks so out of place, like he was dragged somewhere he didn't want to be to hang out with people he didn't want to hang out with. That guy looks like he just wants to play a 4x strategy game until 3 am.
