Go here (title of thread may not match expectations) -> Invasion of Ukraine News Megathread - Thread is only for articles and discussion of articles, general discussion thread is still in Happenings.

Also keep in mind articles outside this thread in A&N, don't reflect the same mentality as seen in this thread.

That does explain a lot of the pfps and takes.
What on God's green earf made you think this wasn't cringe as fuck, sir

Tucker covered what are the Biden Administration latest plans during this time of turmoil and chaos.

Because I know Jesus has forgiven me, Amen.

I bet they will use those transformers and ammo depots to attack those pesky russian missiles like they have been doing since october
Also, jesus, I hope this is real :story:

Well so much for Assad's wife being attacked by the western press for shopping at expensive goods stores back in the day.

And the Zelenskys already did a Vogue photoshoot as well on top of that recently.

It's looking like Ukraine is planning to ramp things up. Terrorist attack on railway infrastructure in Rostov, explosions in melitopol, and apparent rocket attack on Kursk. The mud season is going to be ending here in a week or so. I'm betting January Ukraine is going on the attack somewhere.
im thinking in January the 150,000+ russians that have been forming up will crash the party.

Some analysts theorize that Russia will attempt to cut off Ukraine's border with Poland, possibly with the help of Belarus, to obstruct the constant shipment of weapons from NATO.
If true, that will be the most butt-clenching time of the 21st century... imagine the likelihood of an accident or misfire when the Russians are just miles away from the Poles.
I am happy I live pretty fucking far away from there.

I think it will be a couple weeks sooner than that, honestly, given the scope of the logistics interdiction going on throughout the Russian-occupied territories. Something big is in the works. I think we'll see some preliminary action next week followed by heavy hitting the week after.

Russia gains an advantage being on the defensive as it buys them time to dig in, resupply and consolidate supply lines. Russia also gains an advantage if the Ukrainians don't attack as they can rest their forces and train the mobilized further.

I don't see how that is possible. Those troops would be waaaay out on a limb, and they would be going through completly non permissive areas. In the East, Russia can count on plenty of local supporters, but not in western Ukraine. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass. And in order to actually cut the supply line they would need to take Lviv, which is a big ask. The Russain supply line would be thousands of Kilometers long with no rail support.

Never say never, but this is highly unlikely.

Problem is it's still above Freezing on the Azov Coast and it's gonna rain pretty much all next week. I'm thinking Ukraine will take the rest of December to fuck with Russias logistics before pushing.

I think they'll keep attacking north along the Svatove-Kreminna line to cut that key road off from the Donetsk front while allowing forces further south and those on the defensive in key areas like Bakhmut to rest and resupply.

You niggas are in the minority, everyone is predicting Russia will launch a huge offensive the moment the ground freezes, and stays frozen.

Mind you, this is from Newsweek, hardly supporters of Russia.
Russia has not launched "major offensives" since the initial invasion was bungled. We've just had very localized and heavy pushes that focus on single objectives like Severodontesk and now Bakhmut.

It's possible Russia has unfucked its non railroad supported logistics chain, but nothing seems to indicate they have.

TBH every Lenin statue should be torn down and destroyed. No reason to commemorate one of the most evil men in the entirety of human history.
Lenin only doesn't get the massive amount of shit he rightfully deserves because Stalin, somebody who was somehow worse in nearly every meaningful margin, came right after he did.
