I know Eugie's not dying anytime soon, but didn't one of the Hartley goblins get that same rash all around her mouth when she was in her last few months? Lunabuna has had something similar recently too. Maybe Eugenia is not dying but about to spontaneously become a potato baby?

She most likely just rubs her face raw when removing or applying makeup. In that vein, she's really clumsy and uncoordinated so I'm impressed she isn't covered in bruises and cuts like Ashley even if she lives in a plush palace.
Though that would mean she couldn't wear skimpy outfits.
I can't wait for sores to develop and she has to start covering herself more, it will be immediately noticeable when her style of dress changes. The excuses and deflection will be interesting.

I get that she can keep living like this for a while etc…but there’s a huge difference between her and say Ashley Issacs, who is actually skinnier, for this example…
Ashley doesn’t look depressed/clinging to life in her eyes (I think she survives just to spite everyone), but Eugenia looks depressed/given up the last little while…like around the last year or so…It was something I noticed a couple months ago…
There’s no real joy/spark to her anymore, which is frankly more concerning to me than her fucking BMI….any on camera “playfulness” feels very forced and performative too…
The main point with the comparison was that while Ashley is more physically frail, she has more will to live (in a very fucked up way but the spark is there nonetheless), and Eugenia seems…resigned…
