This is actually the first time I've watched this person. Boring and confirms my overall boredom with youtubers and similar, but I guess I expected both better and worse than it was.

I hear talk about the moobs, but they look pretty contained in this one and the top is slimming. But why are they at elbow-level? Keff, get a good snug fit around your ribcage (like tight on the largest hooks - it will stretch over time, so you adjust as needed) - that should do all the work holding them up. Then adjust the straps so they are lifted (they won't dig into your shoulders if the band is correct and doing its job). Front and back of band should sit about even and be parallel to the floor. You can probably get them at least an inch higher and will look less matronly.

Having it longer like you do drags one's face down, emphasizing any (ahem) dark circles and jowl-y cheeks. Last, learn to finish your ends. A blow dryer brush is a useful 2-in-1 so you don't wind up with the front and top somewhat done then frizzy straggly bottom 1/3. This tool will smooth it and let you get a nice finished curve or curl at the ends. This one by Revlon is generally considered very good and is not expensive:

Use some product so the hair will get and stay smooth. Olaplex 3 is a good occasional treatment for dry frizz, but also use a styling product after washing - something with some smoothing and some hold for the ends. And highly recommend Paul Mitchell volumizing spray at the roots all over the top half of the head. And wrap in a soft tshirt or microfiber towel, not terrycloth. Blow dry upside down for volume, then flip over for finishing and styling.
