I'm going to cross post this to both Nader and Chantal's threads.
According to Mo translates latest video, (sorry I can't link right now because this device isn't capable), Nader has confirmed on his recent video regarding respecting the law that he has asked that Gunt be summoned to appear in court for his upcoming case involving Mae. Guess that pushes his court date out again given she won't return in time for the 18th January. He also said he expects the case to take 12-18 months to finalise. He intends to have her raked over the coals for making false charges against him (as he does with Mae) and see both of them pay for lying to the police about him. He also admitted to trying to start a case against Chantal, but local police have still not taken any action. He's discriminated against for being a male, with a female abuser. D2 is proclaiming his innocence for some reason, in terms that could really only be used if she was actually there...which we all know was not the case.

Why the fuck would he want the walking nuclear bomb to be involved in his court case. Chantal would love to play victim in court. Its what she's dreamed of since February when she made her police report. "I faced my abuser in court" fuck we'll never hear the end of it.

It doesn't make sense. Why would he publicly say that he wants Chantal to testify on his behalf in the Mae case and at the same time he wants to bring a case against her? Conflict of interest on so many levels, much? Anyway, Chins wouldn't be a reliable witness for either side. You think being "under oath" would mean anything to her?

Because if Chantal ends up on the stand she will lie and mess up the prosecutor's case against Nader in no time. Nader solicitors will rip Chantal to shreds and Nader knows this. I bet this is one of the reasons Chantal is in Kuwait right now she may be trying to avoid getting subpoenaed and having to appear in court and be put on the stand by Naders defence team

If they can work Chantal's claims of SA and retracting her statement into Mae's case it would work in favor of a possible case Nader has against Chantal. (But he lies and won't go through with a case against her.)

Nader's public defender doesn't have the time or the energy to play 5-D chess and set the stage so Chantal can be raked over the coals. Even if she could somehow serve a purpose toward exonerating Nader, or if there was any legal merit to the idea that getting her on the stand could play into punishing her for the false charges she filed, no one would do it because Chantal is clinically insane, a proven liar and never thinks of consequences when she is angry, and she is very angry at the moment. If a defense attorney knows that at any moment something could come out of your mouth that could destroy the defendant, ain't no way that person is going to be called to give testimony. Unless the prosecution is calling her to court, Nader is lying, and even the prosecution would be unwilling to deal with her since her very presence there would emphasize the fact that some women do, in fact, lie about abuse.
And I don't think the specter of being summoned to court influenced Chantal's decision to go to the Middle East. Chantal is before all other things a lazy glutton and she would not have wasted food money and energy hauling herself to Kuwait were there not a lot more going into it than just avoiding court. If she wanted to evade such a thing she would fake an illness to go to the ER hours before she was to appear. Or fake a psych emerg issue and land herself in a 72 hour hold (or however things like that work in Canada).
So my money is on Nader lying about trying to summon Chantal to court. We'll see.
