It's a hole that will fight to close itself. It shouldn't be there, the organs and muscles around will try to have their normal position, and when it heals, males who use to have bad scarring will have a hole scarred and with stenosis. It doesn't matter how much they dilate, the only way to open up the hole is having surgery, and even then, the hole will try to close itself.
Maybe some will have a functional hole, but these people are chronical larpers and liars, if they pretend to be woman, they will pretend their wound is a normal and functional vagina.
