I think what happened is R and LR think these people are actually friends, or that they make up his core audience. They’re sycophants. They will do anything to get attention and most certainly don’t have LR and R’s best interest at heart. And as soon as it all goes down in flames, they’ll be gone. Along with everyone else. But he’s popular right now and his ego is getting stroked - it’s like a drug.

For what it’s worth I don’t think Lady Rackets is actually fucking other people. She’s a married woman who had an army of children and wants to still feel desirable. She might feel like she needs to participate in photos and such to keep up with the other thirst posters trying to get Nick’s attention.

I just enjoy poking the bear a bit because that’s exactly what Rekieta used to do to other people who engaged in the same behavior. Don't dish it out if you can’t take it. Hell if he took a few licks and laughed it off or even teased himself a bit, people would mostly leave it alone. It’s the reaction that keeps the interest, you can tell it’s driving him crazy.
