Born cis? I'd like to know what she means by this - does she wish she'd been born male, complete with a functioning dick 'n' balls, even though she doesn't identify strictly as a man? This is where non binary logic really falls apart - at least with FtM and MtF troons there's a clear idea of what exactly they're transitioning to, since men & women obviously exist, but never in the entire history of humanity has someone been born "non binary". (People like Staph will point to various differences of sexual development/DSDs as evidence that someone can be anatomically neither male nor female, completely ignoring the fact that what it really means is that the person was supposed to be born as one or the other but something went wrong along the way.)
So even if you take the TRA position that there are cis men and cis women, trans men and trans women, where does that leave non binary? Their answer to that question would be "gender is a social construct, duh" but that still leaves NB as something entirely artificial. And with all the different "gender neutral" surgeries on the market there's no one size fits all as to what NB is supposed to look like. Hell, the vast majority don't even bother to do anything medical - they'll just demand they/them pronouns while doing nothing about their appearance.
