Prologue:

Who the fuck is Nick Rakieta?
Nick is a trust fundie who became bar licensed lawyer in the State of Minnesota by going to a law school so bad it got merged (William Mitchell College of Law).
Claims to have oppositional defiant disorder, heat allergies, and narcolepsy. Drinks whisky and claims to be an "Internet shock jock" who can "lawsplain the webz" but has recently transitioned to sex talk all day every day and is spiraling Gunt style. Fat with a gunt.



Ch 1: "Humble" beginnings

Nick's kicked off his youtube covering George Ouzounian v. Dax Herrera et al (2017), also known as the "LOLsuit". As noted in the OP, he also began covering many of the comic artists in comicsgate. That was, however was not to last.

Nick quickly began covering topics of which law intersected with social issues of the day. This includes Police shootings, courts being retarded, Damore v. Google, etc. His stance on most of these issues were ostensibly libertarian. Less government, leave me alone types.

His next major lawsuit that brought him to fame with the farms (Weebwars subfourm) and a larger audience was Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019). I shall not cover the lawsuit itself as that thread should suffice.

It should be noted that here Nick did involve himself in the suit by recommending his trust fund trustee, Percy Tyrone 'Ty' Beard to Vic. It should be noted that defamation is not Ty's wheelhouse, and has said himself most of his work is in regards to business sales and estate planning. It is worth noting not only does Ty administer Nick's trust, he also has appeared multiple times on Nick's show as a guest to discuss social issues.
Nick also raised funds for Vic to an IOLTA via Gofundme and was strongly attacked by "lawtwitter" and some of the #Kickvic cast (Particularly Ron Toye); the allegation that he has defrauded/mismanaged the money remains to this day. Eventually Vic would loose the lawsuit and this arc would be on the backburner until the appeals court releases it's decisions.

It is worthwhile to note that Nick had made fun of Monica Rial and Ron for being degenerates. This is a consistent theme until he became a cow. Nick would dunk on degenerates, pedophiles, and furries while trying to portray a socially conservative lifestyle.



Ch 2: Social commentary and public fame

As stated before, Nick covers whatever topic that has legal content that catches his fancy. A few notable ones include:

• Cody Wilson - (Ghost gunner) allegedly banging a minor by the FBI
• The Quartering (Hambly v. Loter)
• Christ Chan - Blackmail (and later incest saga)
• DSP's Bankruptcy calls- "I did nothing wrong!"
• Lucas Gerhart -Charged with terrorism for posting a "threat" about making snowflakes melt on social media, life ruined by some social media whore.
• Keemstar vs Nicko Romeo Lacoste
• Idubbz - "Cuck College" with Drexel
• H3H3 vs Triller

It should be noted that Nick brings on a man who is called "Drexel" and once ran (Currently inactive) "Mgtown Podcast".
Drexel is a man who professes to be in the swinger lifestyle and was redpilled after getting fucked by the divorce court. He frequently goes on rants about "fuckshit" and how German shepherds ruined the black community, how women aren't loyal. A notable story that comes to mind is the one where he set up a gangbang for some married white woman and she got arrested because she fought a speeding ticket and tried to pull the officer's firearm.

Around this time is the 2020 election. Included in the package was the summer of love with "Most peaceful protests". Nick covers the riots in Portland and the Chauvin trial proceedings (Trial takes place later). Another cow crossover begins with That Umbrella Guy (TUG) covering the Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard case alongside the Sophie Long case fillings. Kyle Rittenhouse filings and subsequent trial begin to be covered.

The Sophie Long case is of note due to the fact Nick has some videos missing from his channel as they were re uploaded to his archive because true crime winemoms who couldn't believe a woman could sexually exploit her own daughter got him in trouble by mass flagging his videos. I believe a C&D letter was sent and laughed at.

Nick really begins to obtain public notice outside of niche elements when the 2020 election ends in a victory for Joe Biden. Accusations are thrown about about electoral fraud, J6 (Literally 9/11) and he covers the lawsuit proceedings.
It is notable about these videos Nick cut back on the swearing and began to try and portray himself more amenable to the mainstream crowd. He begins to gain viewers at an accelerated rate.

Nick's second major boost in viewers is the Kyle Rittenhouse.
During the Rittenhouse trials, Nick begins to bring in lawyers (and other personalities) for the first time to form "panels". A few of these of are note but please see the lawtube thread for more details:

• Natlie that lawyer Chick - Racist black lawyer, fought and got verbally gunned down by Branca who grifted a car off her retardation

Other concurrent crossovers:

Ralph-Rekita feud. Ralph lost his shit over a joke at a fart, loosing attorney client privilege in return and getting laughed at.
A "minor" feud (nigga moment) between Drexel and Q (2020 election streamer) happens. Where Q accuses Nick wife of being a whore. The video of this stream is lost to time but we know that they met at Anime Matsuri in Florida. This is important because Ralph also claims Kayla to be a whore.
Jack Murphy saga is also of note. Nick and Drex mock the shit out of him for being a cuck.
He makes a call in to Sean Hannity's show.
Nick does an interview with Alex Jones.



Ch 3: His finest hour (?)

Nick's finest hour ostensibly comes in the Johnny Depp trial. There are some cracks that begin to form however.

• Nick mentions that he had the "worst day of his life" during a stream.
• There are rumors that he did not "like" someone in lawtube (See Ch5).

Several kiwifarmers predicted that there will be a lot of drama and IBS tier fights after Depp, due to the lack of notable cases to cover. As a matter of fact, it did not take the trial to finish before the cracks begin to show....

The most visible one is some "drama" where DUI guy, a practicing Kentucky lawyer alleges he was kicked out of court room by the intervention of other lawyers over his facial expression during the Vice photographer examination.

It is worth noting several lawyers were staying at Law and Lumber's house to watch the trial in the courthouse. Legal Bytes (and Hoeg Law) the proceed to strip some useless oscar award from him while claiming that is "inappropriate" for him to do that as he represent "lawtube" (and then later apologizing). I refer you to the lawtube thread again for further details.

Around this time that Nick also begins his "unbreaded" segment, which is by reading a randomly drawn page from Mathew C. Harris's manifesto. Nick's Gunt is revealed at some point in this arc or the next.

Nick takes a "break" and goes to a resort with his wife. This will be important later.



Ch 4: Death to fascism (troons), glory to the farms!

This arc is short but important enough to be split out from the next chapter. It should be viewed as concurrent with the beginning of chapter 5.

Nick was yet not considered a lolcow at this stage still despite is increasing sex talk. Nick has had @Null on before the #dropkiwifarms arc but invites him again to talk about troons. Nick then interviews a drooling imbecile named Ducan. Sadly, this video is no longer available. Nick repeatedly uses the phrase "- get on the wall", to which Duncan in a tard rage of being outwitted by literally anyone with higher than room temperature IQ, decides to rally the troon supporters to kick Nick off youtube. Nick goes to rumble and locals for time being until he is reinstated c. Sept 2022. He continues to poke fun at Liz Fong and Keffals.



Ch 5: And you, Nick?

It is at this stage we begin to see fissures open in the "lawtube" community.

Nick is banned off youtube, and then Legal Mindset/Drexel jump on Legalbytes and Hoeg for trying to struggle session Nick previous and their milquetoast defense of Nick. The Natlie vs Branca arc begins around here as well. Drama "ends" with Nick and his friends streaming laughing about shit, while legal bytes cries in a video stream where she demanded he show up so she could try to "confront him".

Nick is later unbanned from Twitter with help by The Quartering, and also returns to youtube because he didn't like Rumble's contact but later signs said contract. He also begins to start calling people prudes and conservatives problematic in their stigma on sex. He makes an appearance on Simpcast. A farmer speculates he may be banging someone on Simpcast, but such allegations still currently without proof.

At one point, the farms discover that Nick's wife, Kayla had posted a picture of a whisky bottle in her ass while in lingerie.
Nick then posted his own bottle in his ass pic. This all occurred previous to this post and around the Nov-Dec time frame. He defends it and calls people prudes, dropping his socially conservative guise.

The following has been arranged in the chronological occurrence, and not discovery by the farms. This portion has been progressing at a rapid pace and is not entirely accurate.

1. He got stepped on at an anime convention.
2. He went to Hedonism II, a swingers resort in Jamaica. He may have admitted it to a degree in a video. The farms did some detective work and came to this conclusion alongside some autism on tripods. A poster that is fresh meat has done a decent summary here.
3. He went to a GAY♂BAR underwear party and wore his wife's thong (?) in MN. There is an video clip that surfaced this week around his birthday in said club that you can hear someone saying "I'm 41" that sounds like Nick
4. He is getting shat on in his discord server and locked them all apparently See this post and this one. Orbiter and "muh SF" Spectre06 makes an appearance as well.
5. Continues to double down as hypocrite, he once said to bring back shame and made fun of degenerates, now he says anyone who doesn't like what he's doing is a prude/incel/buzzword of the week.
6. Confirmed to most of us that locals chat is just as bad as discord, except instead of tranny pedos it is BPD winemoms posting nudes. (Second source)

It is unknown what exactly caused this rapid decline, but several theories are put forth of which a few are often repeated.

4. His wife got angry (?) since he used to tell her when someone posted tits and they have trust issues.

Conclusion

Nick is a drug dependent lawyer who is an extreme hypocrite. While having decent content at one point, he quickly went from semi-respected to deplorable. His decline had been slow, but rapidly gaining in speed once he had tipped into cowdom.
