RIP Thread

Very sad. They are celebrating the 40th anniversary of it this weekend.

50th.
And everyone's leaving flowers and Terrible Towels over at the memorial at Heinz Field today. It just stunned me when I woke up this morning and saw it on the news. 😞

Even Flash Gordon...his main style as a director was just making good films. Except Croupier, which was garbage...but at least had some good titties in it. Like a lot of them.
Arguably this is a terrible trashy film but I loved everything about it as a kid, including the Queen soundtrack, which fit the movie perfectly.

It brought exactly the level of camp the film needed.

Yuji Nunokawa, a Japanese anime producer and the founder of Studio Pierrot, passed away yesterday.
Never thought he was responsible for being the producer behind famous series like Yu Yu Hakkusho and Naruto to the rest of the world. Seemed like he really wanted more global audiences to watch the anime, even though most anime fans don’t research that much about production studios.
