What are their characters and personalities, as the episodes Jim streamed seemed to be lore heavy episode (like the mustachioed guy having an on-again/off-again relationship with Lauren Southern and the red head being depressed and talking about killing herself) and I couldn't get into the characters and what/who they were supposed to be.

Mentioned "Bare Lymphocyte Syndrome" as a possibility, a rare and nasty genetic immunodeficiency.
