His writing level is about a B+ high school senior, which is ok but he's ain't writin no memoirs. He just has no instinct for the basic syntax, subject object stuff. He could get a ghost writer but that's not going to solve the more fundamental problem that he has absolutely nothing of substance to say.
There’s also no arc in the memoir, or at least no compelling one. As pointed out, there’s no tech labor movement or whatever he was jerking off about co-founding. Liz Fong-Jones is a low-tier software engineer who started a supercharged (?) ERG at Google, resulting in a headline or two. He left or was terminated from Google for *reasons* and is tangentially connected to two scandalous charities (TLL and the rape cover-up one with the sinister name, Tall Poppies). There’s no inspirational memoir in that; the interesting bits are the ones he doesn’t want told.

It's a mockery of woman, of the human female, a H. P. Lovecraft grotesquerie come to life in the real world. It cannot hide what it truly is, and will always be: a man, a male but one that has hacked off its manhood and molded it into a crude imitation of woman, and justly rewarded for his hubris with pain and ill health, doomed to be a sterile eunuch, wallowing in degradation; truly a hell of his own making, and one he richly deserves.
