Sorry a little off subject but Pen Jillette, along with Richard Dawkins, were responsible for the fedora tipping meme and r/atheism. Yet he went on to do pro-Muslim anti-islamophobia PSAs after admitting he was too much of a coward to make fun of Islam on his show. Bloody hypocrite. At least Richard Dawkins isn't an Islam apologist. New atheism is a religion that worships identity politics. We have the skeptic YouTube community because of them. Pen Jillette is no different from British LGBT atheists who advocate for more immigration from countries that hate their guts.

Funny enough, I love western RPGs. My first RPG outside of Paper Mario was KOTOR 1. And I loved playing every minute of it. Ever since then I played tons of western RPGs, it's just that I don't hate JRPGs and I believe they have just as much a right to the RPG spotlight as the western games have.

Thank you for bringing up KOTR. Along with Final Fantasy 7 Danny hates Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind. Danny calls Morrowind the baby's first RPG and the final fantasy 7 of western RPGs. Yet Danny has a boner for KOTR. A game, by his logic, has causalized combat, a dumped combat gameplay. Even at the time mainstream game reviewers before game journalists went full, SJW said KOTR gameplay is simplified and easy 2002 Neverwinter Nights. Morrowind combat simulates dice rolls and plays just like a good solo tabletop game. Then again, Danny probably shits on people that play single-player tabletop games. Danny shits on Warhammer fans and supposedly hates Woke shoehorning in games. Despite Games workshops efforts to produce a politically correct kid-friendly Warhammer game and scummy business and community practices. The Warhammer community did a better job gatekeeping SJWs and lore censorship than Danny's beloved battletech series.

This is why I hate the Youtube skeptic community. First they bash religion for clicks, then they bash political correctness, then all of a sudden, they're politically correct. Indeed. Also, KOTOR began the western slide away from turn-based RPGs, as the gameplay was a hybrid of turn-based and real-time. You have to constantly keep attacking if you want to attack with anything but the default attack move. Danny-boy hates the fact that many RPGs in the West are just "Gears of War with experience points"? KOTOR is the culprit. It was a hybrid action/turn-based game that paved the way for other forms of RPGs in the West outside of the Bethesda formula.

Damn, how many of these guys are gonna come out as frauds? Matt Jarbo, Carl Benjamin, Davis Aurini, Jordan Owen, Danny-boi, the list goes on. It's as if almost everyone who led that whole "anti-SJW" movement from the 2010s turned out to be massive frauds. Well, I suppose that lends credence to the saying "never meet your heroes".

Basically, fights become math equations. If you have the right values filled, the game plays itself. At least Paper Mario requires you to be awake when the fighting starts, (you get extra attack/defense if you block or push the right button at the right time) while KOTOR only gives you the standard attack animation if you do nothing.

He also makes fun of power rangers yet quotes splinter from the 1990 teenage mutant ninja turtles movie in a serious political video. Danny is to ninja turtles as Linkara is to power rangers. Yes TMNT started as a violent comic book. He-man started as a Conan clone that was closer to the original Conan books before the He-man cartoon made it own canon. Why should he-man fans be made fun of yet you buy hundreds of dollars of TMNT action figures still? I have a feeling Danny hates power rangers because they surpassed ninja turtle's popularity during the mid and late 90s.

Funny. When I was a kid, I loved both TMNT and the Power Rangers. I still respect the Power Rangers, and the TMNT. Them, Conan, GI Joe, Transformers, and many other kids' shows were fun things I enjoyed as a kid.

Danny-boy's kinda hypocritical for bashing He-Man fans when he spends a lot on TMNT figures. I mean, at the end of the day, both became glorified toy commercials. I mean, both of them were fun cartoons for kids, there's not much wrong with that. It's the same thing with his tastes in gaming; he lambasts the JRPG formula for being stale and repetitive, yet he wants RPGs to go back to their "D&D roots" when D&D is supposed to be a cooperative wargame, it puts more focus on players working together than some guy making up a story and a role for himself.

I can already see Razorfist and his simps rushing to his defense against the groomer accusations by saying that he didn't live with her until she was 18 and didn't even have sex with her at all. To be fair, it is a decent defense, painting your idol as a coomer who'd rather beat it to porn rather than fuck the living woman who's in the next room. But the fact that he started dating her online when she was 15 is still suspect, and his controlling attitude towards her ("THIS IS NOT HOW THIS WORKS!") still lends credence to the accusations. I mean, what guy goes off the handle when his 18-year-old girlfriend (which at the time, legally classifies her as an adult who can make rational choices for herself) wants to work and make money on her own?
