Between 3 and 10 years for human trafficking.
Between 5 and 10 years for rape charges.
If he's found guilty and gets the max for aggravated circumstances, he could face 20 years. BUT! - and here's the kicker - one of the victims is a US citizen. Trafficking this girl to Romania under false pretenses, not allowing her to leave and forcing her to be a cam girl is sex trafficking, which violates US law and makes him subject to prosecuting in the US. I wouldn't be surprised, during the criminal process which is in its infancy, that the US gets on it too.
One more thing. The lead prosecutor is kind of hard-boiled, dealing exclusively with very extreme cases (this should tell you something). Good luck bribing him Andrew
