You've been threatening lawsuits for 20+ years and haven't filed a single one.. It really comes off as retarded behavior that you continue to say you are.

Have you considered going to sex therapy classes to help cure yourself of being attracted sexually to children and cartoon images of children?

Also your parents banning your from the internet would put an end to it. Their house, their rules, their internet, not yours. They can take away your internet anytime they want.

It would finally give them the relief of having to be your guardians over the past 54 years. They would be able to enjoy vacations, have fun and such without having a 54 year with a mindset of a 6 year old to drag them down.

There's a reason why they let you sit in jail a month before posting your bail for you and they won't hire a real lawyer for you instead making you rely on a public defender.

Especially from Laura Zuhone, who said you were and she is a vice-president of a bank now and the current judge has ruled them as your legal guardians and supervistors of your internet use. Her email was admitted in your court case in 2010 without objection from your own lawyer and accepted by Judge Spears, which makes it a statement of fact.

Your parents can at anytime end this by removing your intenet access. Their house, their rules. But it's easy for them to allow the internet to be their babysitter for you.

BULLSHIT! that individual (Laura Zuhone) (if it was actually her) is not in any position to know if a person is under someone's guardianship or not, she not even from Taylorville but Mattoon which is far from Taylorville. and NO, her email was NOT as you claim admitted in court, got proof of that claim? In fact, NO judge has EVER made that claim that my parents are my guardians so prove it, either put up or shut up. This includes searching for evidence that can be destroyed. Druggies tend to get caught with "The Plain View Doctrine".

Yeah, but they had a warrant signed by a judge for the computers which specified what they were supposed to be looking for. The Federal courts has limited the "plain view" doctrine when it comes to searching computers. See United States v Carey 1999. As the court stated in Carey - "The warrant constrained the officer to search for items it listed"
When they got a warrant for my computer, they were limited to what was listed in the search warrant. They use a computer program that also stopped them from "rummage" through the computer. They flat out stated in COURT that they couldn't find ANYTHING relating to what was in the warrant and gave up. They then proceeded to go beyond the scope of the warrant and look for other contraband, something that prohibited by the fourth amendment; that's when found the image.
