Taking a break from the finer points of the Bible and how really Jesus 41%ed Herself because She couldn’t get hormones, I wondered what was going on with Anderson Lee Aldrich.

Aldrich, you may remember, was the theybe who murdered two heterosexuals at a strip mall in Colorado Springs, presumably because of their identity.

Of course, it’s not the cops who keep LGBTQP+ people safe, they keep themselves safe, which is presumably what Aldrich was doing when they opened fire. (Tony’s Substack, archive)

In that spirit, we might applaud Aldrich’s family members, who heroically avoided testifying when they was arrested a year previous after an armed standoff with police, ensuring they was not prosecuted. Because of course, all cops are bastards and snitches get stitches. (Associated Press, archive)

Tony, my nigger, your website has been up a month and you still have this placeholder paragraph showing:

Wait until Tony and Scott Weiner find out that SB 107 is unconstitutional because it violates the full faith and credit clause.

"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof." Article IV, Section 1
In the general case, states can't be impressed into enforcing other state's laws (or federal laws). There's exceptions cut out for extraditions and a few other things. Most, if not all, of SB 107 is probably legal, because it sticks to restricting what California itself will enforce.

In the case of child custody, the relevant federal law is the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act, which is specifically intended to clarify how the full faith and credit clause applies to child custody conflicts.

If California can argue they've got jurisdiction under the PKPA, then they get to amend any custody agreements in favor of troonery if they want to. The PKPA is how congress "prescribe[d] the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings..." operates.

This is unfortunately probably legal. Now what would be interesting is if there's a case of parental kidnapping, where one parent runs off to California with the kid and there's a disagreement about who has proper custody.
It also violates the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act,
If something isn't listed in the constitution as a federal power (federal powers include national defense and interstate commerce, and others), it goes to either the states or the people.

Child custody is one of those things.

But even if it's not listed as a federal power in the constitution, t's still useful for states to collaborate on those kinds of matters. So just between themselves, states will collaborate and agree on all of them passing the same laws anyway to make things operate smoothly across state borders. Basically what amounts to interstate agreements.

The Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act is one of those laws. It's something that the states have agreed to do independently of federal authority.

But they can also abandon those laws too. So basically California is just withdrawing from that agreement (or amending the extent of their participation).

Tony is ringing in the new year full of joy about transgenderism breaking up families!

Celebrating Jeff Younger's parental rights being terminated so his son is "protected" from his father having a say in his healthcare:

I'm skeptical this is because of SB107. SB107 became law on September 29, 2022 and went into effect on January 1 of this year. Jeff Younger lost his first custody case in 2019, over two years after it started. In 2021, Younger lost full custody in a Texas court. There is absolutely no way this case was reopened and got to the Supreme Court of Texas in three months.

After looking at the Supreme Court of Texas order I know it's not because of SB107. The court upheld the current custody order on the grounds that it can't rule on a hypothetical. This is obvious if you're not stupid enough to think Texas would order anything based on the laws in California, something they're not required to do and probably would not do on principle alone.

Tony is spending his grift money wisely, on a $1,000 upgrade of his gaming PC:

If he's always built from scratch why was he worried about any of this? Anyone who builds from scratch would know these parts are going to instantly be detected even if he hadn't done all that autistic shit he did. It's not 1999 anymore.

What kind of retard pairs a 5900x with a 3070? The GPU is usually the bottleneck and no game will need (or effectively use) all those cores.

"Paul" is simply the Roman version of the Hebrew name Saul. It was not "new". It's sort of like how "Peter" is "Petros" in greek and "Pierre" in French. Jesus addressed him as "Saul" on the Road to Damascus.
When God decides to call Abram "Abigail" then we'll talk.

While I'm at it, might as well share the second day of the Zac Raasch / Zooey Zephyr legislative video diary:

Occasionally have to remind myself that Zac thinks he's a woman and had his dick turned inside out. Doesn't even register as a troon to me the way Tony does, just some dude.

For me it's the hair. You usually only see cis women with hair that wispy when they have some underlying condition or are starting chemo. If thickening products aren't doing the job, it might be time for a wig — unless he's going for the Asmongold look.

16 hours into the job and Zac is already looking worn the fuck out… I have a feeling this is going to be a long two years for him. Will this be the first legislative session we see with mandatory disability accommodation dilation breaks?

Did they build a special dilation station for him, with special air purifiers to make sure the other people who have to use the shitter don't get killed by the toxic vapour escaping his manhole? Just asking questions.

The Montana House of Representatives has its 90-working-day regular session in each odd-numbered year, so come late April/early May things will ease off. It'll just be committee meetings and constituency work for Zac after that. (source)

This is a good question. Zac's less than 6 months out from his amhole surgery, so I guess he's still on the intensive dilation schedule.

Well, Brianna Wu, for one. Though I think he bought a 20 core Xeon with a mid-tier nvidia card or something like that while claiming he needed the cores to use Unreal Engine.

I'm actually not too critical of this because those Ryzens have been like $350 quite often, while the 3080's and 40's are a huge price step up. Tony didn't splurge too hard on the CPU, depending on when he bought it the CPU might have not been too much more than the next tier down. I'll admit I've overbought a little like that before. Obviously if he didn't buy this on sale then it sucks and he should feel bad, he could have bought like two more troon sharks so every wall could have one.

You probably saw the UK that way because you're stupid, heard "universal health care" and declared it settled. Like the way you treated Canada too. Or Sweden. Or...

I’d say the general attitude towards trans people in the UK is the same as in the US. Many people don’t care, many are supportive, but people are tired of the bullshit. It suits the US media aimed at troons to be selective about what they report, because troons love to catastrophise.

Tony said:
It's time that we start using the g word to describe what states are trying to do to trans people.

Start? My Tony database contains 96 tweets where Tony used the word "genocide", and he first used it on April 27 2021. That means that Tony's tweeted about "genocide" just over once a week since then. (Every 6 days, 10.5 hours, averaged out.)

Lol Tony wants "resettlement programs" for trans people.

I for one agree with that proposal.

Tony is a retard. The thing about "blue states" is liberal enclaves exist mostly in large cities, which only the wealthiest troons can afford to move to. In California for example, outside of Los Angeles county and the Bay Area, the rest of the state is largely conservative. A middle class troon from Oklahoma could never afford to live in Los Angeles or San Francisco. They would have to settle for some shithole city in the high desert or the central valley. Those cities don't have gender clinics, nor would the residents of those cities ever allow one to be built there. I think that's one of the reasons some "blue state" governors like Newsom have declared their states tranny sanctuaries... they know most trannies from out of state lack the resources to actually relocate.

Instead of fleeing "red states," troons would be better off staying where they are and working on changing their states laws from within. They can start by winning the hearts and minds of their neighbors, just like homos did. Once normal, every day people start realizing troons are also normal, every day people, normies will be more likely to support them in their quest for civil rights.

Lol, what am I saying... troons aren't normal and they already have the same civil rights as everyone else, regardless of which state they live in. Their goals go beyond civil rights... they want their states to pay for their hormones and elective surgeries, to groom minors, perv out in sex segregated spaces and to invade women's sports. If they don't start distancing themselves from shit like that, they will eventually succeed in peaking California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Massachusetts, etc, and then what? The city dwellers in those states might be willing to suck the girl dick for now, but when or if trans refugees start flooding in and sucking up resources, they'll turn on them the same way they turned on wetbacks and boat people.
