At least his pants are rather baggy. Not as in-your-face as Dyldo Mulvaney in his "normalize women having bulges" video. And at least Violet knows how to fucking tuck and is rightly treating it as an embarrassing mishap rather than some massive transphobic injustice.

It's weird how Violet is clearly inspired by Dylan Mulvaney and wants to be (famous) like him, but Violet is everything Dyldo clearly wants to be. Violet gets to be aggressive and angry with haters. Dylan has to settle for passive-aggressive, scripted, brand-friendly responses. Violet has other people in his life outside of TikTok. Violet has a job that doesn't isolate him. He's not a walking advertisement (a walking circus, yes). He's not constantly causing boycotts or controversy. Violet gets to be Violet.

He's... he's a stylist. This Sims-townie-lookin' man is a stylist?

I do have some respect for him because he doesn't make a huge deal out of the fact that he has a penis. No trying to "normalize the bulge." He tucks and that's that. He made a video about his tuck falling out at work, but that was more of a "relatable" embarrassing moment story.

The only respect I give to people I don't know is basic human respect. I will treat you like a person but that is it. I see intentional "misgendering" as just not playing stupid games. I don't see "misgendering" as an insult. Oh no someone called you an adult human male or female! The horror of it all!
