Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

Yawning Sneasel, I think you're taking the internet too seriously.

When people comment on him being raped, what they're effectively saying is, "I hope he comes to realise the suffering he has caused to A.O."

When people comment on him being killed, what they're effectively saying is, "I hope he will never be able to hurt anyone else again."

Nah I honestly hope he gets raped right in his asshole and then murdered and tbh I think even giving him a trial was a waste of time we could have gone without. Don't go around telling me what I actually mean because you don't know me.

I hope you get raped and murdered in prison.

That's just how you say these things on the internet. And the rest is just mocking a terrible person who deserves mockery and scorn. I'm fairly certain that MOST of this forum will agree that in society there's been a recent SJ trend of condemnation-before-trial and before all the facts are out, but that's not the situation here. No-one is being hurt or unfairly demonised. No-one is disrespecting the 4th amendment by ranting on the internet.
I legitimately want him to get raped and murdered in prison tho.

Since Nick is going to prison for the rest of his life, now is a great time to ask how @Ancani isn't a lolcow? Because @yawning sneasel is right, she was stalked just as much as we stalk cows here, and she had every opportunity to distance herself from someone she was "terrified" of and refused to take any steps to do so once she got spooked by her friend. That's Chris-tier stubbornness.

I just got off the phone with the clerk of courts for Lancaster County.

Nick got 16 1/2 to 40 years.

Pop the bubbly.

Time to crack open the booze!

Semper fidelis, Kiwis!

Yeah, time for an Ancani thread now that we can be certain she won't end up getting murdered by Nick and making us look bad to the media.

I told you guys it was a waste of time waiting but I do understand the caution.

Stop raping the 4th amendment omg

Are you sure you want that? You're next on my list.

So what does that mean in terms of actual sentence served? I assume he will have to serve at least the 16.5 years, but what about the rest of it, in your experience? What I am wondering about is, in general, how much time does a prisoner actually serve when there is such a range in the sentence, closer to the 16.5 or closer to the 40? Also, why is there such a large range in the sentence-- is there any significance to that or that is just how these things are usually done?

Kind of hard to make a lolcow out of someone when the thing that could effectively make them a lolcow is in prison.

I love how for half of the last page we were so busy with the same tired and petty debate we mostly ignored the fact that Nick has been sentenced to 16 years in prison!

I'm quite happy to know that he won't even be considered for release until he's nearly 40, it's been a wild ride, see you all for the 'Nick Bate 4- The Nickbate Redemption,' thread in 2032
