I just got off the phone with the clerk of courts for Lancaster County.

Nick was sentenced to 40 years, the maximum for his crime, and is eligible for parole in 16 1/2 years.

A forty year term, most likely spent in protective custody. Although how much good it would do Sick Nick to spend that much time alone I don't know. He needs rehabilitation if such a thing is possible and massive amounts of psychological care. I'm not really confident enough to say that he's going to get it.
