Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

TBH I imagine it's a higher percentage than you'd think. I've read that jails actually do try pretty hard to make sure prisoners aren't shanked by other prisoners, which disappoints my primal desire to see righteous vengeance visited upon bad people, but in terms of keeping law and order in society is probably actually a good thing.

I suppose that he's getting such a long prison term more because of his insanity than because of the child diddling.

A sane individual generally gets way less for capping another person.

But Nick...well he is insane and needs to be locked somewhere up since he gloats on this insanity and his moral code is totally fucked up.

Some decades ago it would have been life internment in an asylum, nowadays its a shitton of time in the slammer.

So, see you in 16 years, thread.
It's been a hell of a ride.

His infatuation with his own shit coupled with his new life as a prisoner got me thinking about an old Martin Lawrence comedy bit. Nick might have a natural defense against ass-pounding. So, here you go, Nick: Let it never be said that the farms didn't try to help you out a little bit with a piece of strategy.

Oh, too bad you'll never see it, what with you being in prison and all.

(The bit my mind flashed to when I saw all this shit starts at about 1:30)

Is he going to real prison, or the pedo prison where they hook them up to boner-o-meters to make sure they're not getting aroused?

I don't think Nick is anywhere near a potential candidate for that program. The crux with all psychology is the patient has to have a willingness to change, which Nick has absolutely no desire to do as his court testimony proved.

Yeah it's definitely for people who know they are wrong and disgraceful but struggle to stop themselves.

The only closure Ancani needs is to learn what "paranoid shut-in" means and how to change a screenname.
she did that numerous times

This is the interior of SCI Camp Hill, the place where Nick is going.

What do you guys think?
it looks kind of like my high school. i don't know what the average prison looks like, but that place almost looks nice. why are there dogs there? are they for the inmates to take care of and pet??? that's way too nice
is that a recent picture??? he looks as fat as ever, you'd think being in prison and eating nothing but nutraloaf would make him skinnier.

he doesn't even know/think he did anything wrong so why would he have a desire to change

In court Monday, Assistant District Attorney Amber Czerniakowski called Stoutzenberger a dangerous person who has long exhibited signs of pedophilia, a sexual attraction to children.
Calling Nick a dangerous person is taking things too lighly, he should be described as a scat loving kiddie fidler who should be passed around weekly as a prison wife to large and muscular men who like to start fires.

ADA Amber Czerniakowski deserves the highest praise for putting this motherfucker away for good.

Seriously right there! She did a super job from all accounts.

We should send her a dozen red roses, Love the Kiwis. After spending the morning yesterday in Court in close proximity to Nick, I bet she'd love to smell some roses instead!

The sentence was definitely harsh so good on her for presenting Nick in an accurate light to the judge!

Nick/CWC/Phil dead pool thread, anyone? :alog:

Prisons with pet/dog programs only let non-violent and non-animal-crime prisoners be a part of them.

While many people inside a prison may be monsters, not all of them are, and prisons legally need to be habitable and humane. They get a tv room sometimes, music rooms, gyms, tables, chairs, books, and other "luxuries" that were deemed necessary to be considered humane. The prison system doesn't want all it's inmates to go insane, and apparently people go insane with nothing to do.

I doubt Nick will be the one to get in the dog program. The way he is, he just wouldn't cut it. The animal programs are usually for inmates that have a hope, that have a chance, at being a good human in the future. They're given access to dogs that have had bad lives (abuse, neglect, etc) and taught how to love again while also receiving love, something they may have been without for a long time. And they don't get them forever or anything like that; they get access to them for a couple weeks and then they are sent to a forever home.

Long story short, some prisoners aren't bad people. Nick though? He's bad. I personally doubt he'll make it the 16 years until parole; but that's just my assumption.

I suppose that he's getting such a long prison term more because of his insanity than because of the child diddling.

Saul Goodman attended AO's deposition. Though he (thank god) declined to give us the specifics, he said that Nick had apparently committed certain types of acts on her that went way beyond what was in the AIM confession. It's unfortunately easy to guess the sort of things Nick probably unleashed on AO.

For example, Nick was desperate to make people connect the idea of him not being able to get a boner from feces with the idea of him not being a pedophile. This is completely illogical if we're assuming only the chat logs were used as evidence, but they were not. Nick had been reacting to his sister "telling" on him. So, essentially, he was more likely trying to prove that AO's abuse story was false because he wasn't into feces.

The conclusions we can draw from this theory, combined with the knowledge that he did a lot more to AO than he told Anna about on AIM, are the stuff of nightmares. I feel genuine hatred for Nick at this moment, where before I was trying to be emotionally uninvested. I'm sure it's only a small measure of what the whole court felt for him when they had to listen to AO's story.

His prison term is not because of his insanity, but because of just how horrendous the things he did were. I have almost never heard of a first-time offender getting a sentence like Nick received, and it's quite clear that he got it because he committed truly evil acts against his sister. I'm glad Saul didn't actually repeat what specifically happened to AO, but it's not that hard to figure it out if you know the kind of person Nick Bate is.

I'd better stop before this turns into a-logging.

That's his mugshot, what they took when he was first arrested. At the trial, he was much thinner.

Following the verdict, the ADA "reminded" the judge that since there was "penile insertion" involved in the crime, that means that Nick needed to undergo an exam to determine whether he'd be considered a violent predator. So yes, more than just what he described in the logs.

Quite frankly, he deserves to have his face pounded into mashed potatoes. There's a lot of people who want five minutes with him & now a few of them are gonna get it. There's no reason not to hate him.
