Dilation at 7weeks post op:concerns

I’m 7 weeks post op starting today & im still on the number 1 dilator(purple) I was on the 1p? I think it’s a skinny orange one(soulsource ones) but I’m really happy & grateful that I got my surgery, but im tired of dilating, it’s painful at times & painkillers don’t help, I have only around 4.9 inches, i don’t even care to get penetrated through there anymore. Is there any girls that stopped dilation this early & was there any risks? Besides the canal closing which I don’t mind it closing. I got back to work next week & I feel like my dilating schedule will be fucked, I tried taking more time off but my surgeon said I should be fine
Lets see:
  • painful / painkillers don't do shit
  • inadequate depth
  • doesn't want to be penetrated anymore / crotch gash isn't what he thought it would be
  • Wants to stop dilating completely. Seems to think stopping dilation is something all TiMs will do eventually
  • Didn't think at all about how to fit dilating around work at all. To him work and dilating are incompatible; yet still got SRS
And extra info from his account:
  • Has post- op depression
  • Has wound dehiscence
  • Dumb enough to think he would be hairless after 2 sessions of electrolysis
  • Went to surgery without complete hair removal, was warned in a deleted post by many TiMs
  • Possibly went to surgery alone; has no friends or family to help (if he did go out of state as he mentions)
  • Doctor is a Dr. Brosious whom I've never heard of before but there is an article on him

Our gal Ashton Williams has posted a new update. However, she's overlaid music onto the first part of it so it's not clear what she's saying. Thankfully the commenters clear things up pretty rapidly:

I'll see if I can clean up the sound in the video to make it possible to hear her.

Edit: Tried to boost the lower frequencies, but not sure if it helped all that much:

Poor woman, things are really not going how she expected.

Hate to say it but I would

Looked him up. Plastic surgeon by trade. Only NV surgeon doing MTF. His FTM top surgeries look, overall and tbh, better than 95% of what's posted on this thread.

Tidbits:
- Looks like Notre Dame undergrad, Indiana for med, plastic surgery residency at U of Nevada in 2013
- "highest score in the country on the written exam for the American Board of Plastic Surgery certification."
-"Dr. Brosious has taken on the most challenging reconstructive cases at Level 1 trauma centers and academic institutions throughout his entire career. His willingness to take on big cases has garnered him the reputation as the plastic surgeon who will say “yes” to a patient when everyone else says “no.” He also uses his experience and skill in reconstruction and applies it to cosmetic surgery, which he has also been performing his entire career. His aesthetic practice includes the entire spectrum of cosmetic procedures, from head to toe.

In addition to reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, Dr. Brosious has a focus on gender surgery. Dr. Brosious performs over 200 chest surgeries a year for both transfeminine and transmasculine patients. He is also the only surgeon in Nevada performing genital gender affirmation surgery. In August 2020, Dr. Brosious performed Nevada’s first vaginoplasty, male to female genital surgery, creating a fully functional vulva and vagina. He has been performing this procedure regularly for the past several years.

One of his goals for the future is to create a multi-specialty gender health care program where patients can receive access to surgical and hormonal therapy, as well as mental healthcare. In his free time, Dr. Brosious enjoys fitness, listening to hip-hop music, and tattoos."

- partner in practice is Joshua Goldman : "Dr. Joshua Goldman is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in full-scope aesthetic and advanced reconstruction in Las Vegas, NV. Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Goldman received his undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University where he was also a varsity NCAA gymnast and All-American Scholar-Athlete, before receiving his MD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. He completed his plastic surgery training at the UNLV School of Medicine and went on to obtain subspecialty training in Craniofacial and Microsurgery in Royal Oak, Michigan, allowing him to confidently care for the most complex reconstructive cases moving forward in his career.
[...]
Since co-founding Vegas Plastic Surgery Institute in 2022, his focus remains on advanced breast cancer reconstruction, limb salvage and amputee care, microsurgery, and trauma reconstruction. Dr. Goldman is the highest volume plastic and reconstructive microsurgeon in the state, is actively involved in local, state and national medical societies, and regularly presents and publishes to international audiences on a litany of subjects within plastic surgery. He has been named by Vegas Inc’s Las Vegas Weekly as “Las Vegas 40 Under 40” and a “2021 Top Doctor” for his dedication to evidence-based medicine, surgical innovation, and patient-centered care.

In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife (an orthopedic trauma surgeon) and two kids, reading, writing, and immersing himself in art, film, and the outdoors."

I would let this guy operate on me. Every blue moon you get a surgeon who is exceptionally skilled who can handle all types of cases, with great success. Guy genuinely seems interested in good results as opposed to someone like Kathy Rumer who just takes insurance money and runs. Also the practice does tons of other cosmetic procedures so money isnt purely made from exploiting mentally ill people. His breast reconstruction cases look phenomenal.
- Side note, there are some procedures they are offering that are exceptionally rare due to their challenging nature and specialty.

He also states he has NO problem operating on minors. HUGE red flag.

Here's a video a TiF on phallo posted. it shows how squish able and unrealistic the phallus is in motion.
Link | Archive
Goodness fucking gracious. I usually don't look as deeply into the TiF side of things as I'm a guy and, since I have a penis, find more visceral disgust and morbid curiosity out of seeing what TiMs do to mutilate their own dicks. Phalloplasty content still grosses me out, but not nearly to the same extent.

This video on the other hand... What the fuck even is that? It looks like one of those smelly latex body parts you can find in the buckets at Halloween stores around October. These women seriously want this over a functioning and healthy vagina? I know physically being a woman is much more painful on average given the existence of periods and childbirthing and shit, but damn ladies mutilating your arm and gluing the flesh to your pelvis like a fucked up piece of gummy candy is not the way to cope.

Also, @Det. Frank Washington Esq I can't quote your post for some reason, but the end goal for these people is generally either one of two things; psychological "escape" from the gender they see as being the source of all of their issues (TiFs are this category more often than not) or the idea that you'll somehow experience orgasms of the opposite sex and that they'll somehow be better sources of sexual pleasure than your normal genitals (TiMs are this one because coomers). Ironically, seeking to avoid the hardships of being a woman by doing this insane mutilation to yourself actually just ends up emphasizing the unachievable traits of the opposite sex, while for the other group they end up, in an effort to achieve an unnatural and wildly exaggerated version of cooming, castrating themselves rendering even basic sexual pleasure physically unfeasible if not straight up painful.

Those are some surprisingly good looking surgeries, even the stinkditches. Probably among the neatest I've seen. Damn skilled dude.
Are we looking at the same pictures?? They look awful (and similar photos have already been posted here so he isn't special at all)! Also the ballsack lips are closed, probably for a reason. Even if it looks less bad as a raw gunshot wound, the horror reveals itself when the butchered men spread their mangled ballsack apart and you see the horror that lies beneath.

And there it is, exactly what the fluff shots on the website will never ever reveal - the puffy lips open truth.

Thank you, I needed that wee reality check there.

Feminine “top surgery”/ women getting “top surgery”

I’m on the top surgery sub Reddit and i KEEP seeing this and it bothers me. I know that is exclusive of me but should this even be included in the first place?

Top surgery is not meant to be feminine looking, that’s the point. If you want cosmetic surgery that gives you feminine results, you should do that, but to call it top surgery and post in a sub for chest MASCULINIZATION and gender affirming surgery feels extremely out of touch and disrespectful to me.

Sure cis women get top surgery if you want a flat chest, but whatever you’re doing and whatever I’m doing as a trans guy is not the same. Why even call it top surgery? That’s not what it is, it’s a woman getting a radical breast reduction, which is not gender affirming surgery or care?

Why are these people even allowed to talk in these spaces? Are there really just no rules anymore?

It makes me feel bad and weird that my surgery and these surgeries are so willingly accepted as the exact same. I mean is it not disrespectful?

Also isn’t “top surgery” with feminine results on purpose just called a breast reduction…? Why are you allowed to call something that’s not top surgery “top surgery”, especially if you aren’t even ftm?

I’ve seen sm post now from non-binary ppl wanting top surgery with “feminine results” saying it’s important that they retain noticeable breast tissue?! that’s not top surgery and it’s kind of the opposite of the whole procedure’s purpose. I mean wtf?!

Or post like “my story as a woman who got top surgery” with mass upvotes! Am I in the twilight zone?

How are other ftm people okay with this? Why are the sub mods not stepping in? Where are the rules and boundaries?

Yes you may WANT to be included or feel like the term “top surgery” sounds better than “breast reduction” to YOU, but who fucking cares.

You can’t reinvent words, intrude on someone’s space, and just say you can cuz you want it that way. Why can’t trans men have anything to themselves. I feel forced to be okay with this and I’m not. It’s disrespectful and not at all what top surgery is.

I just wanna be a normal guy, I don’t wanna hide being trans but a normal guy and a trans guy at this point are not the same at all. I hate that I put sm effort into getting my surgery to have a cis woman just do the SAME THING. It’s a HUGE slap in the face.

I just wanna be a man, i don’t wanna talk to a woman about what I have been through and relate to one another, that’s what causes me my suffering as a TRANSGENDER PERSON. I mean does that mean nothing to ppl anymore? MY PAIN AS A TRANS MAN AND WHAT I SUFFER THROUGH EVERYDAY FOR IT! A woman who just hates have breast will never know even a fraction of what having breast did to me AS MAN! My life was stolen from me because of that!

If you wanna talk about women top surgery do it in a different sub YOU CAN MAKE THAT JUST FOR YOU! For FREE. You didn’t have to come to where I’m at, I don’t even like that you thought you could, and I don’t like that IM NOT ALLOWED BE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH IT!

I’m tired of being called sensitive for my TRANS EXPERIENCES by the same people who want me to accept everyone else’s just cuz my version means I don’t wanna hear about women having MY SURGERY THAT I SAVED AND WORKED HARD FOR! So that I could live my life how everyone who is born the gender they are gets to do. That’s all I wanted and I had to SLAVE FOR IT and now I feel like it’s being taken away from me…

bull shit.

I had to read this like 10 times, these people talk in riddles that make no sense. You can see their childishness seep through there posts.
>mods halp I don't like X
>im being excluded
>why is X allowed I don't like it
Arrested development mixed with globohomo brainwashing it's like reading a different language entirely. Even their brains are chopped up.

It all boils down to "I'm a spewcial printhes unlike you peathants! :c"

I can’t quote, but if she really wanted “affirmations” she would post in /r/gynecomastia. That’s where actual men with breast tissue post.

Unironically she would fit in there. She couldn’t have had too much breast tissue, and she even has cum gutters (extremely rare even on muscular woman).

Another case of “I just want to be a bro with all of my fellow kings (women)”.
