The thing I find so funny about all this is that Faran tried so hard to give the impression that she was "just one of the guys" but all it took was Branca talking to her the same way he goes off on everyone for her to lose her shit and now she's speedrunning towards lolcowdom herself.

The women who are really "one of the guys" don't exist don't need to try to speak like one (what Faran did). They simply are Well, they are all ftm trannies now....
Today wasn't a good day

lol....a thumbs down drives the algorithm just as much as a thumbs up. Is she still doing a DMCA claim or did she realize how bad she's handled this?
I think she doesn't care at this stage until she gets enough blowback and "forced" to apologize (See: Legalbytes). It'll be glorious too as she'll bust out the tears and then claim it was harassment/toxic males.
Kurt at least has the defense that he never apologized to my knowledge and stand by what he believes. Faran just kinda falls whichever way the wind blows.

I imagine that if Andrew responds its gonna be this:

Archive it before it gets taken down

Added audio clip from the backup video. Mp3 @64kbps, ~25MB.

So the fat cow, who I only learned existed after a different depressed cow copyright struck her for some dating video edits, is now copyright striking other people?

The problem with Kurt is that he is Kurt -- generally insufferable, low energy, whiny and just an unpleasant vibe. He is smart though. Maybe he should stop making an ass of himself on live streams and do only pre-made content where scripting and editing could hide his worst traits and allow his legal knowledge to shine.

This is tangentally relevant by Faran also fought (?) with Elissa clips

I missed this gem, and Sean is now my favorite "lawtuber". If only he had a bulldozer....

It's been a long time since a I looked at Nick's content, but earlier today while listening to the dick show, Dick talked about a beign in a stream with a Nick and a few lawyers and one of them having incel rage at a woman haha, I knew it was uncivil but I had to be sure and of course it was him.

AHAHAHHAAH How long was it when I said that it would be recanted?
Took it down Thursday, I called it she would apologize like legalbytes and took less than a day for that to happen.
Didn't even last a year. Get more than 2 people together and everything explodes into drama a rama. Impressive isn't it.
When you have a ton of ostensibly aggressive alpha* tier personalities these tend to happen. Difference is in real life you still have to work with the fellas out there.

Good example is a there was a argument was at a one of my VFD meetings between two officers where they almost came to blows over a disagreement on the direction of the department.
Online there's no need to "work" with those people regardless of what you do (ex: VFD putting out a fire) so this shit happens less often in real life, whereas online drama escalates until a third party (youtube) steps in or one side gets bitchslapped back down into oblivion (legal bytes).

*I don't mean as the typical "alpha", but as someone who is willing to act instead of sitting around twiddling their thumbs.

Personally I think he's good in the last shot. You have no idea if this fellas high on crack or something and still has another weapon or something (If I was him I'd say he was reaching for something). But I'm not a lawyer who wrangles words, I'm just some retard on the internet.
Plus, I can see someone on adrenaline plugging a few extra holes if they aren't well trained.
Fuck around and find out. If I was this fella I'd be hightailing it the fuck out of Houston and surrounding counties, if not the state.

Also check Branca's twitter. He's fighting twitter lawyers again and it's hilarious.

I'm not sure about the last shot. He paused, got close to the robber (who was already immobilized face down) and took the weapon away. At that moment, there is no imminent threat of death and the window of self-defense has been closed.

The last shot is questionable indeed. But I'm waiting to see that. For all we know he could've seen the guy reaching for something in his clothes or waistband.

I really, really am not in favor of the "you have an extremely limited window for self defense that immediately ends after X" that Branca espouses. If it is the law, then it should be changed because I'm not convinced the majority of people would not act similarly. Adrenaline and lack of discipline can make people do dumb things. I could care less for the outcome of a person who is willing to use deadly force for a crime be they dead or not. But it is not appropriate to ruin another person's life because said defense was not "perfect".
I will hold cops to a higher standard however because it's their job and they ostensibly should be better trained that regular people.
