I'm reposting this here cause it might give a chuckle. Regarding the femme fatales speedrun event for "woman"(https://gamesdonequick.com/schedule/42):

ok so you piqued my interest with this question, I know someone did something similar in the speedrunning thread a while back but it wasn't with this amount of runners.

So I did it, note that everyone I called a tranny is pretty much 100% a tranny with the sources provided, I would say the ones I called not a tranny are actually mostly true, but anyone I had a doubt I said it was a woman(except a couple I listed as maybe) so keep that in mind. A lot of them I just couldn't find the info, surely you can with more time but there were like 70 nerds I had to check so I relied mostly on their speedrun archives links and a simple search for their name + speedrunning on twitter to find their personas. If I didn't find anything its a "?".
The results are the following:
