So it's a flight to Atlantic City with a stopover in Philadelphia. Vickers has the option to go all the way to Atlantic City or get off at Philidelphia, see the sights for the day, and then travel to Woodbury, NJ from there.

Looks like Vickers wants Ralph to be kept guessing about whether Vickers intends to track him down in Atlantic City or serve him in Woodbury. This is getting good!
