The two years of probation is bigger than the 60 days locked-up imo. A dumbass like Baked who can't help but commit crimes would have been better off serving a straight sentence without a probation tail. Now he's going to have the threat of probation violation hanging over his head and I seriously doubt he can stay out of trouble for more than one year unless his parents lock his shit down.

I don't even think it's worth tagging or noting, it's such a menial sentence compared to what other people have had to deal with who've done the same. I wasn't a big proponent of Baked being a fed before, but after his last judge got SWAT'ed I thought he'd face a much stiffer penalty after he rejoiced for it. But now I'm inclined to think he is one because he hasn't. And I doubt he ever will.
