"Muh food angziedeee (:_(" As much as I'd love to say the only anxiety she feels around food is waiting for the Uber Eats guy to come, it's clear from her general reactions to food (clapping like a sea lion when it's feeding time at the zoo over some supermarket sushi, BABE ARE YOU EXCITED TO GO TO DENNYS ARE YOU ARE YOU ARE YOU???, the histrionics over the LIDURALLEE POISON chicken, MHMM MHMM MHMM, etc) it's clear she does feel Some Type Of Way about food, as if that weren't immediately obvious.

If only there was some way to work through this anxiety, maybe repairing her unhealthy relationship with food in the process, and then lost weight. If only there was some way she could, like, go to someone and talk about her issues. Hmmm...

cant even do no take out for a month, lol

is her taste that safisticated, that she only gets pleasure from dishes made by proffessionals (subway sandwich)?

year starts with absolutely no plan ^_^
Orders copious amounts of take out but gets all anxious from her own cooking leftovers having bacteria in it. Does she ever listen to herself??

I listened to the first 4 minutes until logging off. Fucking deluded!

No Amber sleeping does not lose weight as an approach. This bitch thinks she can only sleep and lose weight.

Amber, you need therapy because your relationship and attitude about food are warped entirely and your outlook is fucked. You order 3 lots of takeout a day most people will do it every few or so weeks as a way to not cook and even then it's good stuff. Your taste in junk is even trash like at least go to a premium burger joint or pizza place.

Weight loss begins in the kitchen first and foremost. Meal prep for example is amazing for preparing good food and knowing the exact calorie content. Along with simple things like drinking x water etc.

I can kinda understand why fitness people fucking hate her with passion because of how arrogant she is. She lacks basic self-control which is one of the cornerstones of personal development. Unless you lose like 20 to 30 pounds don't say anything because 5 lbs are absolutely nothing.

She is just trying to trigger rage reactions and negative comments but in the end Amber YOU are going to kill YOURSELF. This is her just taking her anger out on her audience.

Amber is just desperate for engagement, she's a moron but she's also a trolling hatin stubborn obese toddler.
She knows people cant stand her but she also knows trolling ups her engagement with the mouth breathing uterus-destroyed cunts of Fatbook, Plebbit and Twatter.
Everybody who didnt eat Play Doh and sniff glue in school knows she trolling cause she is dying for engagement on her intubated you tube channel. Bitch is so lazy she wont even try to make her trolling believable shes stupid but even hammy is not that stupid she knows what kcals is she knows what k means.

Normal. Human. Amounts. Like:
4 chicken sausages?
20 chicken nuggets?
Entire can of Pringles?
Entire rotisserie chicken? Etc.

She has no idea what bariatric surgery reduces your capacity to. The successful patients will/can never eat a (truly) normal size meal again.

We see what you hoard at home. Scale or GTFO.

Getting a good nights sleep is actually a really important part of weightloss. It reduces cortisol which is a factor in weight gain and hormone disregulation. Sure it is not the only thing that matters, but it is an important part of the lifestyle change that she needs to make to lose weight successfully in the long term.

She’s wrong about so much eg WLS isn’t for people “who can’t stick to a diet”. All her WLS research and information sessions have been pointless if she still believes that.

Fast food as a reward for weighing in on a Sunday is absolutely ridiculous and speaks straight to her problem where food is a reward. She’s had enough fast food for her entire lifetime. If she’d actually stuck to her month without takeout she’d very likely find she didn’t enjoy it at the end of that month.
It’s 12 years now since I had fast food and that’s because I didn’t like it last time as I hadn’t eaten it for a few months. I found the saltiness was overwhelming and completely unpalatable, so I didn’t even finish half of it…and I love salt and use it pretty liberally

That depends on what you call a normal size meal. After the first 6-9 months, most bariatric patients can eat what SHOULD be considered a normal meal, eg a bowl of cereal or two eggs with a slice of toast for breakfast, 1 meat and salad sandwich/roll at lunch, 3-4oz meat with a cup of vegetables plus a carb for tea, plus a couple of servings of fruit during the day for snacks. They just have to eat it a bit slower and pay attention to their full signals. The real restriction is early post surgery when the stomach tissue is swollen. Once it settles down, it’s not hard to eat a reasonable portion even with a small pouch. The problem is that over the past few decades both portion sizes, and plate sizes, have distorted what most people think are “normal “ portions. If you look at nutrition labels closely, you’ll see that portion sizes are far smaller than what the average person eats.

Amber’s failure will come because the more processed the food is, the easier it slides down (called slider foods for a reason) and the more you can eat of it. Unless she ditches her processed food diet completely, she’ll be able to graze all day long on foods that will give her little nutritional value and allow her to gain weight easily.

"Thanks for being fatphobic, doll"?

The question did not specifically mention weight. It could easily have encompassed someone whose hair is a rat's nest, has old, unwashed makeup on or visible dirt.

Probably did refer to her weight though & it's a valid point. No matter if care givers are meticulous in their standards, there may be an unconscious bias in play... or conscious, for that matter.
