Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

Sure, but why would they all be at the same jail, at the very same time, as this guy? Idk anything about the "Peckerwoods". They're a prison gang, no? Aren't they mostly active in prison, where they're all serving long sentences already? Why would there be so many in jail, enough to start a gang and extort people in a jail, where it's mostly people coming and going for a few days to a few weeks? I know people stay longer, but it's a very transitional environment. Most people heading to penitentiary want to get the fuck out as quick and easy as possible. I don't think too many of them are starting jailhouse gangs.

Sure they do. But they're only locked down at night. During the day they come and go as they please.

I know nothing about "Baked Alaska" besides the fact that he's a pussy and he pepper sprayed some innocent bystanders. I'm really not all that interested in him, but that's the one thing I know about him, that he's a coward. The thing is, even cowards don't want to be in protective custody for 60 days. It's the most miserable thing ever, being stuck in a cell alone for a week is nearly unbearable, a couple months is torture. Solitary confinement is cruel and unusual punishment. When inmates request to be put in "protective custody" the jail staff will try to talk them out of it, because they know it's torture. They've seen people ask to be put there and then beg to be let out.

Case in point, Jeffrey Dahmer was in solitary because they knew people would want to kill him in prison. He stayed there for several months and then begged to be let out because he was going insane. Humans are social creatures, and being locked away with little to no human contact is one of the worst things you can do to a person. That's why they only put people in solitary when it's the last resort.

Also, it's not like solitary is the only choice for people who are exceptionally weak and small, homosexual oddballs who don't fit in with the larger jail population. For instance, if Alaska got his ass kicked, less say he was jumped by a pack of niggers for getting smart with one of them (that's how niggers fight of course). After that, let's say he begged not to go back in that unit or dormitory because he doesn't want to get jumped again, and asked to be put in solitary. They don't necessarily have to. There's other, smaller cells in pretty much every jail for situations like that. They can move him to a small cell with the homosexuals, or the people with medical problems if there is room. That would be a whole hell of a lot better, and a much less drastic action, than putting him in solitary confinement.

What are you, a deputy or something? If so, this would explain why you think jail is more dramatic and gang filled than it really is. Deputies always make it seem like they're in charge of these real dangerous individuals. (sometimes they are, but not usually).

People mostly like to believe that jail and prison is like what they see on TV.

The Chris Chan in jail thread is a good reference for how it really is more likely to be.

Sure, there are fights and volatile individuals, but most will just be waiting trial and trying to make as little trouble for themselves as possible.

Exceptional individuals will likely be known of and segregated, like Chris Chan has been.

Baked Alaska will probably just be quiet as fuck and will sit out his two months. People like him always are when there is not an audience they care about and they find themselves surrounded by tougher guys.

I keep hearing about this an how chomos are "beat/kill on sight", so explain how someone like Joseph Rosenbaum was ever allowed to live out his sentence, please and thank you
Since you asked politely, prisons have their own segregated housing units (SHU) where they keep prisoners they know can't get along with the regular inmates. These include snitches, child molesters, and anyone who breaks the rules. It's otherwise known as solitary confinement and you're locked down 23 hours a day with nobody to talk to.

You're also more or less at the mercy of the guards. Baked should be okay as long as he keeps his head down (unless there are orders from up above to treat him like shit for participating in J6). But Rosenbaum was known to throw feces at the guards so he got more than a few ass kickings.

My point exactly. Thank you.

They're not. There have been instances where child molesters were attacked and killed in prison, but it's not as common as people think. And no, they're not all put in solitary confinement like some are saying because that's a really miserable place to be and most would rather be amongst other people because being alone for 23 and 1/2 hours a day is torture.

The way they live amongst others without being targeted is simple. They lie about why they're in prison. As long as they keep a low profile and never tell anyone they hurt a child, they'll be more or less fine.

If it did get out somehow that you were a child molester, you'd probably get beat up, and no one would want to be your cell mate. Anyone they put you in with would demand that you are moved. Maybe they'd put you in another wing of the penitentiary with other creeps like you if it got too dangerous to keep you in with the other inmates.

And as a last resort, there is always solitary confinement. But once someone spends a week or two alone in solitary, they're not gonna want to be there anymore and will be begging to go back with the other inmates.

So much mutt posting in this thread now because of the prison thing! Anyways, how would he not enjoy jail? He is gay anyways and would probably enjoy the insane amount of prison sex.

When will the newest episode of A&E's 60 Days In debut featuring Baked? I would love to see whatever happens lol

Baked getting that low of a sentence does indeed demonstrate he has actively flipped many of his former associates for parading around the capital like a larping faggot. The fact he is a snitch is something that will not seem to be the best label in the big house. Though I do agree with the observations that this fucking tard will not be able to follow his parole. Once the fake Christian grift stops making him his money, then he is going to have to go back to acting like an obnoxious faggot on livestream. Which Baked being contained in the tard cage not being a menance to society would be an ideal situation.

Will he be able to skate by his sentence without any problems with the other inmates? As well be able to go two entire years without finding himself breaking the law? I find the likelihood him having a longer stay in the future is more than likely. Baked is always getting into shenanigans because he is an attention starved faggot. His biggest enemy is himself and the fact he couldn’t man up and not snitch on his own friends shows he has the character that resembles a snake.

If you think that, well, it's a good thing for him that he's not going to "the big house". He has to spend his 60 days in jail, not the penitentiary. Nobody is even going to know who he is in there, much less that he's a "snitch".

Unless he does something really insane, they're not going to violate his probation. It's pretty hard to have your probation revoked. They'll give you numerous chances before taking that final step and revoking you.

That's not to say they never do it, but it's not so easy. If he were to participate in a home invasion, for instance, then that would most certainly cause him to get violated.

If he gets caught with drugs, probably not. If he gets in a fight somewhere, probably not. There will be consequences. He might be ordered by the court to attend a drug prevention program, or anger management if he did those things, but he'd still be on probation.

He's a dummy, but after spending 60 days in jail, he's not going to want to spend another minute in there so hopefully he'll get his act together.

I doubt this will be his only encounter being in some form of imprisonment from this point forward. 60 days is still 60 days and knowing Bakes tendency to shoot his face off, probably will not do him many favours. But you aren’t wrong though in the slightest.

I thought he was just a retarded grifter for the longest time but after watching the Sammy shit, I'm convinced he's actually evil and just getting raped it too good for him.

The two years of probation is bigger than the 60 days locked-up imo. A dumbass like Baked who can't help but commit crimes would have been better off serving a straight sentence without a probation tail. Now he's going to have the threat of probation violation hanging over his head and I seriously doubt he can stay out of trouble for more than one year unless his parents lock his shit down.
Thats what the Glowers are counting on

It depends, in most cases they just want to be done with you and will let you slide over and over. In some cases, the prosecutor is a real hardass who hates your guts and will violate you at the slightest opportunity. Baked appears to have earned this reaction from at least one of the Arizona state prosecutors.

But if he's really Baked Fedlaska he'll continue pulling shit and astonishingly get away with it.

This isn't unique to being a fed though. Look at the absolute shit Ethan Ralph got away with during his suspended sentence because of pure prosecutorial apathy. I seriously doubt pig boy is a fed either, just because they try to pick people who aren't actually at the shitting their own pants level of retardation.
