I present you the on of the major reasons why tf2 is still alive. There is literally no one on the online fps market who could offer this.

That's not what your mom said, when I was fucking her in her shit-encrusted assholeI don't go by Null anywhere else.
Well yea, maining Pyro and Sniper is based
I get that the Scorch Shot is strong and all, but what's the BFD? TF2 has never been the most balanced game (see the pre-nerf BFB) and given that the Sniper is arguably one of the strongest classes in the game and random crits haven't been neutered and/or removed, I don't see why people have such an issue with it.Well yea, maining Pyro and Sniper is based
I will concede that afterburn sucks and the scorch shot has too high of a range for a pyro weapon. Soldier has to deal with damage falloff while demo can't even reach directs past a certain hard limit. Meanwhile pyro gets no falloff with a very slight arc plus full afterburn.I feel like some people just don't like the fact that the Pyro can participate in spam the same as a Soldier and Demo, (albeit with a lower firing rate). It's not like a Sniper getting hit with any sort of flare was in a position where a rocket couldn't hit him at least with splash damage.
Seen at least two different people rename their weapon to some variant of "GYPSY KILLER" in the middle of a match. Strange it's happened twice.
This, and the fact that it's particularly obnoxious paired with the phlog. You just spam scorch shot flares down a choke for risk-free charge, then activate your crits and W+M1 into the enemy team (ideally with a pocket medic). Then you run away, and repeat the cycle.I will concede that afterburn sucks and the scorch shot has too high of a range for a pyro weapon. Soldier has to deal with damage falloff while demo can't even reach directs past a certain hard limit. Meanwhile pyro gets no falloff with a very slight arc plus full afterburn.

For Valve it basically means absolutely nothing, because their shit got leaked and they can't do anything to stop this flood now, and also the leak is of games that they've long since abandoned and only do small code patches for at best, and that doesn't really hurt them since that's not their main source of income nowadays.
I kinda liked it tbh. It was pretty fun playing engineer and getting a few cool weapons. Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion, but I never did quite like the Gun Mettle update.
It added elements from CS:GO such as weapon skins and graded cosmetics that didn't belong in the game.
It also marked the beginning of the breaking of TF2's artstyle with the Potassium Bonnet.
It wasn't bad, but it marked the slow downfall of TF2's quality as a whole.
