For over a year I have been working on making an AI and feeding it possibly the most stupid shit to learn from, it has formed into an amalgomation of a 13 year who just found 4chan in 2015 way past when 4chan was ever "good", the people who got way too invested in gamergate and terminally online trannies.
These 3 conflicting personality types have clashed so dramatically it has resulted in this.

These are the symptoms of someone with zero drip, zero bitches and 100% of their time and energy spent on 4chan. Coombrained and without morals, too far gone for redemption. That pretty much explains it.
I've seen lolcows like this so often that it's very much a trope now. Here's my take.
Weirdos on the Internet are very common, but we only really hear about the ones who are so retarded and bizarre, that they both get themselves doxed and shown as a dog abuser, groomer, schizo behaviour or some other whacky shit. Mainly because that's the most interesting or horrific ones.
It is no surprise this one is eternally on Discord and does gayops to boot, implying that they're in circles with likeminded weirdos that all propagate the behaviour, it's the definition of an echo chamber. That's the icing on the cake really.
There's a real underbelly of this behaviour around 4chan and you need only look at /gif/ and see where this guy got his fetishes from, and see their reaction on the thread and twitter to understand that they take /pol/ and imageboards as a whole way too seriously, and the fact this thread is even a thing shows they clearly don't understand the anonymous nature of that site in the first place.
The Twitter thing is not uncommon, so many people scream into the void with no following, and kind of lead themselves into thinking that even if it's publicly readable, it's their private dumping ground for anything and everything.
I guess a lot of people use Twitter this way harmlessly though, they just follow who their interests, talk with likeminded individuals and occasionally post something that maybe someone will talk to them about. But when you're so 4chan brainrotted that you think you're anonymous even when you use easily tracable usernames, you make connections with people as equally as degenerate, and lead yourself into some sort of false sense of security, so you begin to lose perspective. In other words he posts everywhere as if he's on 4chan, a site where everything gets deleted eventually and you can't really get doxed unless you tie it to your identity, which this idiot did.
His reaction to being made fun of is like the flip side to SJWs (for lack of better term) posting dumb political things knowing that they can report, block or delete posts who disagree with them, but when those people are goofy enough to be talked about on a platform that they have no control over, they usually attempt to DFE and hide it out.
But when exposed for some indefensible shit, the truly naieve will just try to 'own' it, it shows how shameless they are, they'll probably claim they're being ironic long before they get put on display, but let's fair, the people who post thugshaker videos are probably all gay for example. Same sort of ironic-but-not-really attitude applies here.
