Godwinsons video was brutal, even if he did his usual shit of stretching the truth for the sake of comedy (such as insisting that bottle was rammed in Nicks asshole and not just held between his cheeks lol) but he made some good points.
One of the things it brought back to memory was Kayla is obviously very mentally ill, and seems out of her head on medication, whether prescribed or other, at times, and its hard to tell wether Nick drinks to cope with his wife, or his wife is like she is because of Nick.

There are a bunch of technical issues to do with how people are served in lawsuits in minnesota and when an attorney can be said to be representing someone. Nick was personally served. He owed the response to the person, not a court, he didn't respond, the other side has gone to court seeking a default judgement. He is unrepresented in terms of the court because he has yet to go to court at all.
