This my theory. I can't laugh at what he's become because I started watching him shortly before weeb wars when he was still in the hundreds of views. I went back and watched a ton of his old streams after discovering him(still worth doing btw very entertaining stuff). So watching a man compromise in a way that dooms what he is compromising over to fail anyway is just to much. I will still watch the trainwreck but won't be laughing. I've been around since the early days of the lolsuit. You hit the nail on the head on why this likely not being how he always was. He started off not even cursing and barely drinking anything. I just want him to either admit that he's changed, or just state that this has been the longest fake persona ever and he's now showing his true self. We all know it's the first option, but either way him admitting to the sudden public personality shift would at least show a bit of introspection

Then, a few days later, at 1:12 in the below clip, he says he had to go pro se because he hasn't retained Mark Randazza. He backs off his earlier claim by claiming he said he "indicated his intention to retain Randazza." Which would mean he didn't officially retain Randazza when he said he did. The two claims are mutually exclusive.
