If income taxes in Canada works like other modern countries, she might be able to get some benefits, either money or otherwise such as welfare housing benefits, that are given to individuals with very low income. what do the bankruptcy and tax lawyers collect? If she has no income, no savings, how is it gonna be collected? That's my blood from a stone, comment. Even if she's still making a bit from YouTube a month, it's nothing like the halcyon days of flashing the camera in her car's headlights. So they can take her wigs and her stained tarps, but it's not like she has a house they could put a lien on.

They take away her ability to maintain the excessive lifestyle she's become accustomed to, for at least the next few years. They take every bit of excess and luxury she might have been able to access had she not abused the system. They could potentially take away her freedom if they chose to charge her, because her tax evasion can result in imprisonment and her bankruptcy behaviour is also fraudulent.

Any income she makes will be garnished before she can send it offshore to Salah. The CRA are smarter than her, and whatever devious methods she might consider using to lower her financial obligations, they've already got covered. They will take her quality of life well into the future, and it couldn't happen to a more deserving person. They could even potentially put her under a guardianship type order.

You're assuming there actually is a bankruptcy hearing. She's gone back and forth on what the hearing is supposedly for, which generally indicates she's lying to deflect.

If they live in the same household in Canada, then his income absolutely counts towards surplus income. That said, she and Bibi were a couple and cohabiting when she filed this bankruptcy, but she filed using a different address which no doubt bypassed Bibi being assessed for household income.

A theory on why Alaa is suddenly very angry - he may have seen the 'courthouse wedding' video and realised Salad is risking serious legal trouble by publicly announcing he was unmarried till now and living with Chins for the last 2 months.

I don't know the ins and oots of Canadian bankruptcy, but I mean, you can't get blood from a stone, right? Even if it is determined that Chins owes a bunch of money in back-taxes or in bankruptcy excess income payments, what are they gonna do at this point? Take the (probably non-running) Kia? She can SAY she still makes 12k a month but we know she isn't getting that from YouTube at this point. So what happens then? I'm gonna guess that 9k to Salad represented most of her "savings" and she has nothing in her name at this point.

I don't think she's smart enough to have engineered all this to her benefit, but it does seem pretty likely that she will end up much less out of pocket than she SHOULD have been.
