This picture from a recent news article made me laugh, because if this person wasn't leaning forwards towards the camera and sticking her jaw out slightly, you would see how fucking small her head is.
I've known FtMs in real life who would upload pictures like this to their facebooks; but IRL (without the camera angles), they looked a lot smaller and weirder.

2: The accessories. The broads accessorize like crazy. The earrings, the piercings, the hair, the glasses. And usually ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

3: The proportions obviously. The height, the dainty little hands, the head.

4: The eyes! Others have pointed this out,n their eyes and facial features give them away. And if all else fails:

5: The obvious “I’m acting here” mannerisms. The poses, the sulk, the hand in the pocket. It’s all so exaggerated.

You rarely get all five of these, but show me an FTM, and they always have at least two of these tells going on.
