We talk about tax laws and Bankruptcies because they are relevant and gunt has tried to hide these issues for years despite being a very public person about everything else. Anyone who believes she has a court date on the 29th, it's not because it’s a Sunday, yet she’s said the 29th a number of times. When called on it she’d made a mistake so must be the 30th. She initially said it was a bankruptcy hearing, but later changed that to a tax hearing, then back to bankruptcy. All this while she’s sober. Sorry to those who believed, but it’s just not happening. What digging through the rules has done, is let Chinny know that we know she is a lying piece of shit in far more trouble than she's letting on. It will be an impressive stroke of cockroach luck if she makes it out of Kuwait without any officials speaking to her at all. The laws she has broken are not just "Internet drama". There's a look back period for which a trustee can seek to unwind any actual ir constructively fraudulent transfer. In Chapter 11 (companies), the period is 2 years. In the Statement of Financial Affairs filed with the Court, you also have to disclose all gifts given over a 2-year look back period, to the extent that any were given to a single person /entity totalled over $600. So it's not necessarily a violation to give gifts (even relatively large), but you have to disclose, and 4 figures to a foreigner you've known 3 months and are now "marrying" is going to be a red flag and a prime place to go digging.

While it’s extremely possible that it will get adjourned today, he can’t just not show up and expect an adjournment more than once. Otherwise, everyone would just no show court and get indefinite extensions.

Gotcha. I was focused out her outflows more than inflows - I assume her money comes in in standard, traceable ways from YT (and whatever else she's got, if anything). So she could lie about her income but you typically have to provide x years of bank statements among other things. I could be wrong but she doesn't necessarily seem like the type to architect a complex web of accounts or structures to hide money offshore or in super-secret tiered crypto accounts.
