Steve Quest (p/k/a Montagraph) vs. Nicholas Robert Rekieta & Rekieta Law, LLC (2023)

Nick's response implies he hasn't (both because he filed it pro se, and in words)

I don't see why he doesn't file a general denial, and then amend it later, and then file a motion to dismiss.
Not a huge fan of general denials because you run the risk of accidentally making absurd assertions like denying your own name or that you are an attorney.

Well, yes, but if he was short on time...

Which he did say he was. But in this particular case it would have been far more constructive to just scribble "I deny everything, including my own name" on construction paper with a highlighter pen and submitted that then showing up 2 weeks late and gay with a lazy request for extension. or even better, filed for an extension BEFORE the time elapsed the same way. Maybe a bit more professionally with a Sharpi marker for writing instead.

Especially since like an idiot he talked about his case on his channel and said "he was retaining counsel". That gives the Plaintiffs attorney the perfect excuse for when the judge asks why he never responded to Rekieta's emails.

Nick just posted this to his Locals chat. It appears he has been granted an extension to answer the complaint until January 31st.

Nick scored a W, and his request was granted
