It should have been reported to Tumblr, however Tumblr tends to just erase things and pretend it didn't happen. He has posted it, I'm going to look through some messages between me and @MellowJello because I believe she might have something she sent me that'd be good for this.

There is no proof that it exists. Those Tumblr pages got taken down a year ago and Tumblr probably erased all data regarding those Tumblr pages. Even if data of those pages still exist it'll be like finding a needle in the haystack.

I find it strange that every time some kind of legal action is threatened towards James, you always show up to defend him or try and delegitimize any case that can be made against him.

as for the child porn, if the authorities contact Tumblr, my assumption is are they might be able to get some sort of record of the child porn reports. When reporting something on there, you have to fill out a form which gets sent as an email to the staff. Even though they just delete the blog and move on rather than dealing with actual legal issues, they likely have copies of the report forms in their email servers. Or at least I hope so. If not, I'm shocked that website is still running.

Call 2 complete. Multiple arms of the FBI are now involved. This time, it was my old friend, who agreed to check on the progress of the first report and make sure it goes through properly and the resulting actions are carried out. However, there is more to be done. These reporting sequences are very complicated and you must follow them all the way through to ensure total victory.
