She’s in everyone’s comments and everyone’s business and has been for nigh on a decade. But she’s private and I have this thing about following private accounts, like I feel like these girls should get a fair shot at evading me.

Ahhh sorry I hate to do this but I really don't take requests often. This wasn't really a request, it was an old fren and I reminiscing about accounts we used to follow, who told me she still had access to Nicole and dumped her entire account into my inbox. If you sent me a request and I ignored you it's probably because I really prefer to find them on my own. Then there's no pressure to do a good and/or timely job and if I end up throwing them in the burn pile no one knows. I'm not trying to be an asshole, I just am a single person doing this for fun and then I end up feeling like I have a deadline and it becomes like work. Not tolerating feeds. GES says she has severe gastroparesis.
Discharged on a feed rate of 10ml/hr. If she’s running it 24h ours a day without a break on the 1.2 cal/mL formula she’s showing, she’s getting 288 calories.

She shows up in comments sections a lot and she’s another one of those ones where I feel like I should talk about her but also it’s grey area to do so. Unlike our last detour, this one is sad. She is deceased and it is an extremely clear case of a very mentally ill woman who needed intensive therapy, not social media spoonie validation. But fuck it, since all the munchies are reading here, this is what your little cult does to people. (As above, you will not miss out on our main story by skipping this)

Reading a book about a real child who had an intestinal pseudo-obstruction that almost killed her. She’s “miraculously” cured after a fall/NDE. Nicole sees so much of herself in this child's story.
Back story about her eating disorder, I mean GP. It started in July 2014. It's getting harder and harder to get herself to be compliant with PT.
She falls down the stairs after she passes out and ends up in the ER, bruised head to toe with a concussion and several subluxed joints.

A few weeks later she's hospitalized to start TPN after not running her feeds.

It is, in fact, sepsis and both her PICC and her port are pulled. She has an IV in her neck now and they’ve just given her a new PICC.
Surprise, she has blood clots in both her arms because of her PICCs, the new one is removed, and she’s now got a hickman. This has all transpired in days.
And she’s given herself more pieces of plastic to remind herself what a brave warrior she is.

Eagle Ridge actually had an insta for their "program", which only briefly operated as such and seemed to fizzle out when half their trainers became owner-trainer munchies exclusively invested in their own dogs. Here we see Rachel Denton interacting with them. At the time she was still raising_liberty and per the date stamps she would have just have gotten Rollins, the second NHSD puppy she had for a full year. She was claiming RA even though one of the leading experts in the country (her own description) at Johns Hopkins had already told her she didn't have it.

Jaquie diehards will remember the manky Jellycat elephant she brought with her to every procedure and hospitalization. Damn right in the nostalgia.

I have a partial copy thanks to some enterprising anons from LCF but from my memory it was so magical at the start. If you don't know, at this time Jaquie's husband was deployed with the military and she lived with her parents in Orlando (Doctor Phillips to be exact). She spent her entire days on instagram running to Disney with her dog and other training missions while claiming pain, seizures, narcolepsy/cataplexy attacks, heat intolerance and migraines. This is also where and when she had her early diagnosis-hunting.
A detour to this detour because the scenic route is more fun. This other woman is not a munchie, no longer lives in Florida or has anything to do with the Florida Women, and was just a Disney employee and puppy raiser for Eagle Ridge back when they were trying to start up a SD program which put her in contact with that crew of weirdos (Jaq, Janiece, Shelby, and Alex Moine). Do not fuck with this woman. She's not a cow. But she does have some early Jaquie on her page.

I was watching this account off and on for a year and was not surprised to check one day and find she had died. Account started 2016 with a service pitbull for fibromyalgia. Over a few posts we will learn nothing in this 35-year-old woman’s life is okay. Her mother died young from suicide, her father is in poor health with kidney failure, and her sister has some sort of obvious and severe intellectual/physical disability. Her husband has apparently real health issues that plague him, her oldest son has major behavior issues and ends up in juvenile detention off and on, and the youngest has autism. She has joined a church and often posts her thoughts on her faith. Think Aileen Wuornos “Jesus is bringing me back on the mothership” kind of hybrid New Age/Sci-Fi/Christian ramblings.

Going off her topamax. So this is a doozy. Topamax is used for epilepsy and migraines but it's also a mood stabilizer used for bipolar and sometimes BPD. The CoQ10/l-carnitine combo is one of the go-to supplementation protocols for migraines in natural health circles, so she was probably prescribed it for migraine, but well. You'll see what happens when she goes off it.
$10,000 supplement for a fake disease. She got diagnosed with Congenital Sucrase isomaltose Deficiency. This appears to be a fairly common (1:5000 Euro descent) metabolic disorder where you get the gut-rumbles from eating sugary foods because you're deficient in the enzyme to break it down. You'll see what happens when she goes off it.

She has secondary adrenal insufficiency but doesn’t say what the cause is. I don't know enough about this to comment.

She goes to some pain management doc for a second opinion after the first one says no fun drugs and is told she also has degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, and bursitis in both hips. She’ll be getting an occipital nerve block and SI joint injections of lidocaine.
Reading a book about a real child who had an intestinal pseudo-obstruction that almost killed her. She’s “miraculously” cured after a fall/NDE. Nicole sees so much of herself in this child's story.

Her PICC wasn’t pulled and now it’s infected. She’s in the hospital with possible sepsis and of course, a shit-eating grin and spoonie flex.
It is, in fact, sepsis and both her PICC and her port are pulled. She has an IV in her neck now and they’ve just given her a new PICC.
Surprise, she has blood clots in both her arms because of her PICCs, the new one is removed, and she’s now got a hickman. This has all transpired in days.
And she’s given herself more pieces of plastic to remind herself what a brave warrior she is.
She’s going to see a motility specialist finally!
Nope false alarm. SEPSIS’D. Shiny new Hickman pulled and replaced, restarting TPN and getting iron infusions.
Gastro clinic pushed back because of the sepsis. She’s taking one online class in nutrition. Her hair is now falling out.

I have only ever heard of this from people who take a lot of MDMA so I laugh, imagining this widdle baby gurl at a rave. (EDIT: apparently this is just another term for serotonin syndrome? I thought that was an immediately life-threatening situation.)
She looks like absolute shit now.
She has a sleep study and gets diagnosed with RLS and sleep apnea, which she claims is related to her dysautonomia. You know what else causes that? Benadryl.
She turns 20. You know most people who need medical supplies for a chronic illness don't have to ask for them on an amazon wishlist? It's true! But she's just so addicted to the sweet sweet attention she gets from her constant crises and hospitalizations. It's worth throwing her life away for!
Tube for purge, not feed. Really hoping to get off TPN soon.

Let's stop there. I know we only got a taste for Nicole with all the other shiny objects my magpie brain was distracted by, but we'll be back. She's not done giving herself sepsis and encouraging other girls to do the same yet.
