He has been known to use multiple, possibly dozens of other accounts to avoid bans for child pornography and obscenity violations on various sites such as
Tumblr.com. Screen-captured evidence of these bans can be seen as attachments and/or as direct links (neither of which contains illegal images) and will be discussed further in this email.
A link containing meticulous documentation which connects the legal entity of James Terry Mitchell, Jr., to his online identities and confessions will be made available at the end of this document. Also attached is a photograph of Mr. Mitchell, labeled "Mitchell.jpg".
Mr. Mitchell first came to the attention of the internet at large due to a string of pages he created on the social media website tumblr.com. These pages have been confirmed to have contained large amounts child pornography (evidence will be given shortly), though to my knowledge none were archived due to a fear of trouble with the law. However, a great many text-only posts were archived as evidence of his pedophilic tendencies:

These are just some of many, many, many comments he has made on his desire for pedophilia to be legal. I picked them essentially at random, and also omitted ones that brought up topics I am going to address individually, such as the fact that he is an active child molester, and his child pornography obsession.
On December the 21st, 2015, Mr. Mitchell posted a thread in a section of the website
http://www.reddit.com called "pedofriends". The name of the thread was

In an "ask me anything" on Reddit.com called "I am a well endowed obese man with autism that has only had sex with 6 women AMA." Mitchell reveals yet more details about his relationship with this nine-year-old girl:

There is apparently a post or screen-capture in which Mr. Mitchell outright states that he used the girl's guilt about reporting her father's abuse to coerce her into sex. I can't find it, however, and there are more than enough of his confessions here anyway.
It's also well known that Mr. Mitchell likes to post child pornography on his various social media accounts. In fact, he was nice enough to upload a screen-capture of his own ban notice for posting child pornography onto his Tumblr.com account. I have attached this file as "mcducked.jpg". This one is non-nude, thank god, but it is extremely inappropriate and in my personal opinion ("I know it when I see it") is most definitely child erotica. Most of Mr. Mitchell's Tumblr accounts have been deleted (somewhere between fifteen and twenty, as he has moved on from a name called "thisismythirteenthaccount"), presumably for obscenity if the existing ban screen cap is any indication. Tumblr normally allows graphic, even violent pornography, so their bans tend to be reserved only for the most heinous of violations. Moreover, I have been told that although Tumblr deletes accounts and posts, they do not delete the information associated with them, and so there is almost certainly more than a single screen-cap available to prove Mr. Mitchell's child pornography postings if a little bit of work is done.
This essentially sums up my report on Mr. Mitchell for the time being, save for a few things. First of all, I received an email from him last night--the first time I have ever had direct contact with him--but it seems to have been entirely nonsensical gibberish. I suspect someone told him that he was going to be reported. There's nothing I can do about it, however, nor should there be--he seems to be entirely unfazed.
Secondly, the day after I initially spoke to the FBI about Mr. Mitchell's illegal activities, someone asked Mr. Mitchell to clarify what he meant by "artsy nudes" of children. This was his response:
"It wasn’t even anything prurient it was actually softcore stuff actually the worst thing was a girl looking over her shoulder in a g string I think when I said nude I meant topless. Girls are adorable to me. Yea I understand that other people would see it as porn but that’s not how I viewed it at the time. When I posted them it was for the purpose of art they were found on google image search so I figured if they were that easily found images they would be seen as harmless. The rest were just smiling girls in various states of scantily clad and some fully clothed just with cute faces. And it was reported and the account was taken down. Then my second account I didn’t post anything like that but I saw someone else posted it and I replied to the post telling them to take it down, I was looking up nudist camps because I was interested in the lifestyle and someone posted a camp with child nudity and since my first account was taken down for less I told them to take it down which since I was a noob I didn’t know it would repost it to my account and when it did that was taken down as well. The next 10+ blogs Got taken down for anti feminist stuff and other political stuff because people would report me and staff didn’t check so I got taken down just for rattling some stupid feminazi cages then the ones dealing with the woman who shall not be named and then I made this one and it is in good standing as far as I can tell. I don’t ruffle any feathers or post anything illegal in any way and I just let people be wrong unless I’m in a really shitty mood and am blowing off steam but I try to refrain from that. TLDR posted some pics from google got taken down told someone I saw doing it to take it down and I was taken down for accidentally posting it then I yelled at some cunts and they reported me and staff didn’t check then I asked a woman to talk dirty to me and she got mad and doxxed me and found my history and blew it out of proportion"

While I don't know if it's for the same reason as one was stated as, but the reason he gave for one of the accounts being terminated was due to child pornography.
Now, this all was revealed right a after he was harassing a fellow Tumblr user, Tabbitcha, for something along the lines of kiddie pornography like works. (Or something resembling that nature) She refused to do so, thus erupting in an argument that caused the user to, in the end, spill the fact they were doing kiddie pornography (drawing it, not like shotacon or lolicon) and outright screwing a nine year old.

This large repository of information also includes several quotes that I myself missed, particularly one of Mitchel having an argument with with a non-pedophile about whether having sex with children hurts them, and some other disgusting things. I am not quite sure which of these sources it came from, and Mitchell was originally listed as "pedofork" in the transcription I was sent, since at the time his name wasn't yet known. However, I feel it necessary to include these anyway, in the hope that the proper source can be identified and used as evidence. I have changed "pedofork" to "Mitchell" for the sake of simplicity.

A user on the website involved in compiling this information mentioned that he lives near an elementary school, so I looked it up. As far as I can tell, Mitchell does not live near an elementary school, but he does live very, very close to the local middle-school.
He claims to have been born on April 29th, 1986, which would make him somewhere around 30 years of age. I do not have a direct source for this beyond other people who have helped me compile data, so it should be considered dubious. However, I do not consider it especially consequential as, regardless of his birth-date, he is quite clearly much older than the children he shows interest in.
The information presented here was not obtained through hacking or cyberstalking. It was compiled by people who have either been affected by Mr. Mitchell's behavior, or who are concerned about his brazen indifference to the suffering of children. In all, nearly one hundred people compiled the information in this document. I am simply acting as the representative of these people.
Mr. Mitchell is a dangerous, manipulative man and I implore law enforcement to stop him from harming another child. He has already devastated one already broken girl, and has shown clearly that he has no compunctions about doing so to another as long as it fits neatly into his warped fantasy world. Repeated reports of his child pornography posts have not engaged any appropriate response measures from law enforcement, as he has bragged again and again. Please make sure he doesn't hurt anyone ever again.
