I suppose they could, but our Andy (the baldie in Romania not the non sweating Royal nonce degenerate) comes across as someone possessed of unlimited narcissism, as others have said, and self belief. Rehabilitating involves a realisation of wrong thought and conduct, which doesn't seem likely.
