I grew up around black people (in the USA) and I never heard those, though verbal abuse was common.

I had a normalfag gf that felt that way about censored vs uncensored shows. Having profanity bleeped out was funny but she felt dirty when the actual words were said apparently.
In this specific case it was done to cuck to TOS and I think it takes the bite away from the meme.
